I didn’t like the fact: I didn’t like the fact: 1- free shipping inside USA and they are not mentioning that in main page where the at is. 2- they tell you sign in for notifications and get 10% I discovered that on second purchase and not the existing one. 3- two days passed and no tracking information or update if being processed or shipped or anything. It’s over rated but I went through it as don’t have more time before my husband travel. But, buying a bag and personalizing it at any printing shop way cheaper.

They claim to produce personalized luggage but always claim pictures are too blurry or pixelated to print and their Customer Service is beyond TERRIBLE it's unprofessional to say the least with them talking over you not letting you speak. It's a shame because we as customers are led to believe this company is legitimate but DO NOT GIVE THIS THIEF SITE BUSINESS IT IS NOT TRUST WORTHY. REPORT THIS BUSINESS.

$15 return fee for new items is… $15 return fee for new items is completely unreasonable today. The ordered item didn’t meet my expectations so now I have to pay a fee that isn’t charged anywhere else for new items with tags? Stay away from buying a small item here because they charge $15 to return anything.

Reasonable Price and Great Service Ordered twice from Luggage Pros and was extremely satisfied with service and purchase. Prices were reasonable and shipping was fast. Only reason for four stars instead of five is the shipping cost. Most places don't charge for shipping over $35. Otherwise, recommend Luggage Pros.

The best customer service anywhere! Luggage Pro has a great selection at reasonable prices. But most of all, I have been impressed with the remarkable customer service! I got a personal phone call within 48 hrs with an answer to my questions. Plus a response by email. I will be shopping for more luggage in the near future (probably this fall) and LP is now my "go-to". Thankyouthankyouthankyou!! Barbara
