GBI booked a cruise with Melinda… I booked a cruise with Melinda Gierowski on January 7, 2024. I notified Melinda on the same day that the specialty dining experience was not reflected on the cruise documents. She stated that she would take care of it. I have called back several times and was asked to provide the documentation which I email to the agent. I was told it would be taken care of and I would receive an email. I have continued to call and have asked to speak to a supervisor of which I was told I would get a call back in 24 hours. As of February 27, 2024, I still have not had any correspondence from icruise. Linda Drawdy 813-624-3282

GBHelpful agents with good information… Helpful agents with good information and tips in planning our vacation cruise. We got a great deal, and went at a great time for us and the weather. Too much fog and rain to do our morning excursion on a Sea Plane to see all the glaciers. Norwegian is a great cruise line with lots of helpful staff to serve you everywhere you went on the ship. Free drinks package was essential. There are plenty of restaurant options without the expensive ones (we only did one.) If you do any internet browsing or messaging, you're better off buying unlimited internet before you board, as that will stop you from getting bit for International Roaming (Data). Using internet was extremely confusing, but very necessary if you are used to it. Can't say enough about the friendly crew on board that served you well at every touch point.

AUBooked cruise with Icruise 13 months… Booked cruise with Icruise 13 months ahead. No advice deposit is non refundable. very poor customer service can't get anybody on the phone to discuss just computer genertaed txt responses. Don't book with this company

CAFirst experience with Icruise and would recommend First experience with Icruise and I had the Best service ever. I recently purchased a membership plan with Mary Doucet, wonderful lady. I then spoke to Mary Esquilona about booking another cruise. She informed me that what I had purchased did not cover what I was looking at. Yes, I was upset. But Mary Esquinola was so kind and helpful, she transferred me to customer service immediately and did a follow up the next day. I then called Mary Doucet and spoke my mind. She then put me in touch Miguel Suarez, I say complaints department, but I assume a supervisor. Once I calmed down and listened, I came to realize that I had misunderstood the offer that was proposed to me But Migee fixed everything and I hung up one very happy person. I will be back after my cruise to let you know how everything went.

GBUPDATE UPDATE: After an unfavorable review, I did receive the outcome I was looking for. I was refunded and I am truly grateful; however, I should not have had to go through what I did. This was the 2nd time that Ismael has helped me. None of this was his fault, but he fixed it. My advice for anyone who is dealing with this company is make sure you fully understand what you’re paying for and get everything documented through email.
