I booked a cruise with Melinda… I booked a cruise with Melinda Gierowski on January 7, 2024. I notified Melinda on the same day that the specialty dining experience was not reflected on the cruise documents. She stated that she would take care of it. I have called back several times and was asked to provide the documentation which I email to the agent. I was told it would be taken care of and I would receive an email. I have continued to call and have asked to speak to a supervisor of which I was told I would get a call back in 24 hours. As of February 27, 2024, I still have not had any correspondence from icruise. Linda Drawdy 813-624-3282

Prompt correction of problem. I recently wrote a review about Icruise not providing me a receipt or confirmation number within a timelely manner. An icruise representative reached out to me, and not only provided me with a receipt etc.., but solved another complaint I had that I hadn’t had a chance to post a review on. The rep was also and I appreciate the correction and I will do business with this company again. Anyone can make a mistake, but it is nice to see s company promptly correct a mistake.

Alena ALWAYS goes the extra mile for… Alena ALWAYS goes the extra mile for us. She stays late to get reservations. Endless calls to clarify details. Doesn’t complain about cancellations, there have been a lot of those recently. She’s a true professional and knows the cruise business. Lots of good inside information and tips, things I just can’t find online. Would not begin to consider anyone else.

Natasha was great! Natasha was able to confirm previously booked cruises, answered questions about a possible cruise in December and help us book and then rebook a RC transatlantic cruise for next august 2023. Very professional and responsible, calling back when she told us. I’m very happy w her as my new agent!
