Natasha was able to confirm previously booked cruises, answered questions about a possible cruise in December and help us book and then rebook a RC transatlantic cruise for next august 2023. Martin Brooks is wonderful. I recently lost my 16-year old son, Aiden; and I decided to take this trip with my younger son and husband. I am broken-hearted—thinking how I could possibly go on this trip, continue the journey of life without Aiden. When I called, I was greeted by a warm personality, travel advisor, Martin Brooks. He was professional, helpful, and most of all, he was very kind. I appreciated his patience and the respectful manner of his communication. Shout out to the crew again… Wanted to give another shout out to Sean and most of the crew of the boat we took to the Statue of Liberty today. All of the crew members with the exception of Michael P. ,the announcer, were very kind an helpful with a situation that could have negatively impacted out entire vacation to New York today. I wish Michael P. could have been more understanding and sympathetic with the situation at had as we were dealing with an elderly person. He was rude and disrespectful and I hope he can work on that so that it does reflect negatively on the company. Thanks to everyone else again!!!!

Helpful agents with good information… Helpful agents with good information and tips in planning our vacation cruise. We got a great deal, and went at a great time for us and the weather. Too much fog and rain to do our morning excursion on a Sea Plane to see all the glaciers. Norwegian is a great cruise line with lots of helpful staff to serve you everywhere you went on the ship. Free drinks package was essential. There are plenty of restaurant options without the expensive ones (we only did one.) If you do any internet browsing or messaging, you're better off buying unlimited internet before you board, as that will stop you from getting bit for International Roaming (Data). Using internet was extremely confusing, but very necessary if you are used to it. Can't say enough about the friendly crew on board that served you well at every touch point.

Poor management follow-up When we booked our cruise everything went well and we had a great agent, but she left the company and management did not assign another agent. we were bounced around to different agents and my poor hearing and language accents caused us no end of frustration. We had to repeat all our info for each person we talked to and then be transfered to the next person to repeat it all again. We talked to Monserrat, Sakina, Aisa, who finally got everything worked out for us.
