GBI sent a request for a cruise quote for… I sent a request for a cruise quote for 4 people in 2 cabins with specific instructions in the notes not to call me. So they called me. Apparently they don’t read the notes with instructions. Why even have the box if you’re not going to g to read it? So then I called the guy out about the notes & he hung up on me. Then days later someone called me & wanted to give me info on a cabin for 2. Apparently they didn’t read the notes either. They used to have US based agents but now it’s going to a foreign country call center & I don’t like that. If they can’t pay attention to simple notes, imagine what your reservation is going to be like. I’ve used them in the past but I’ll never use them again.

PHDouble Payment I have booked on their website and as I was done booking, there was a note that I still have another pending payment same amount with what I booked. I panicked and paid again, as I wanted to settle everything already. But I realized I did a big mistake when I received two email confirmations! Please help me with this one! I am so confused.

GBPrompt correction of problem. I recently wrote a review about Icruise not providing me a receipt or confirmation number within a timelely manner. An icruise representative reached out to me, and not only provided me with a receipt etc.., but solved another complaint I had that I hadn’t had a chance to post a review on. The rep was also and I appreciate the correction and I will do business with this company again. Anyone can make a mistake, but it is nice to see s company promptly correct a mistake.

Natasha was able to confirm previously booked cruises, answered questions about a possible cruise in December and help us book and then rebook a RC transatlantic cruise for next august 2023. Very professional and responsible, calling back when she told us. I’m very happy w her as my new agent!
