CAPoor management follow-up When we booked our cruise everything went well and we had a great agent, but she left the company and management did not assign another agent. we were bounced around to different agents and my poor hearing and language accents caused us no end of frustration. We had to repeat all our info for each person we talked to and then be transfered to the next person to repeat it all again. We talked to Monserrat, Sakina, Aisa, who finally got everything worked out for us.

GBUPDATE UPDATE: After an unfavorable review, I did receive the outcome I was looking for. I was refunded and I am truly grateful; however, I should not have had to go through what I did. This was the 2nd time that Ismael has helped me. None of this was his fault, but he fixed it. My advice for anyone who is dealing with this company is make sure you fully understand what you’re paying for and get everything documented through email.

GBNatasha was great! Natasha was able to confirm previously booked cruises, answered questions about a possible cruise in December and help us book and then rebook a RC transatlantic cruise for next august 2023. Very professional and responsible, calling back when she told us. I’m very happy w her as my new agent!

GBI recently booked a cruise and was very… I recently booked a cruise and was very disappointed with how the agent messed up the entire package of extras. However Icruise was very concerned that a mistake had been made and went over and above to correct the problem. Mistakes happen and the best you can hope or is that the company cares and will make it right. Icruise did just that and restored my confidence in them and we would consider using them again in the future.
