CAFirst experience with Icruise and would recommend First experience with Icruise and I had the Best service ever. I recently purchased a membership plan with Mary Doucet, wonderful lady. I then spoke to Mary Esquilona about booking another cruise. She informed me that what I had purchased did not cover what I was looking at. Yes, I was upset. But Mary Esquinola was so kind and helpful, she transferred me to customer service immediately and did a follow up the next day. I then called Mary Doucet and spoke my mind. She then put me in touch Miguel Suarez, I say complaints department, but I assume a supervisor. Once I calmed down and listened, I came to realize that I had misunderstood the offer that was proposed to me But Migee fixed everything and I hung up one very happy person. I will be back after my cruise to let you know how everything went.

AUBooked cruise with Icruise 13 months… Booked cruise with Icruise 13 months ahead. No advice deposit is non refundable. very poor customer service can't get anybody on the phone to discuss just computer genertaed txt responses. Don't book with this company

GBShout out to the crew again… Wanted to give another shout out to Sean and most of the crew of the boat we took to the Statue of Liberty today. All of the crew members with the exception of Michael P. ,the announcer, were very kind an helpful with a situation that could have negatively impacted out entire vacation to New York today. I wish Michael P. could have been more understanding and sympathetic with the situation at had as we were dealing with an elderly person. He was rude and disrespectful and I hope he can work on that so that it does reflect negatively on the company. Thanks to everyone else again!!!!

GBTrouble cancelling cruise reservation Cancelled the cruise reservation which is 12 months from today. Was not promised a full refund despite the booking agent clearly explained the cancellation policy during the booking. Cancellation is not finalized within the next 72 hours and I was not able to terminate my membership because the system still shows active bookings. The agent was refusing to connect me with membership department and did not transfer my call to the supervisor. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this travel agency. It is easy to book and difficult to cancel.
