GBNo coverage for your ride Was told by customer services rep online that they don’t have liability coverage for your ride! Don’t think it’s safe if I’m not cover by any insurance! I was going to book since I’m getting mix reviews from the customers on here. But found out you’re not going to be cover if something happen to you on your ride. CANT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

GBCancelled ride to airport 30 mins AFTER pickup time, missed flight They picked us up at the airport as scheduled and drove us to our hotel several hours away; but for the return trip, they cancelled the ride 30 minutes AFTER we were supposed to be picked up. They refunded us, but with no ready alternate plans, we missed our flight and remain stranded very far from the airport. They offered no backup options or alternate drivers. Extremely disappointed, would NOT recommend you rely on them for your travel.

GBcheck the codes to insure using the correct one. Except for me using the return home confirmation number when we were leaving home it was smooth, efficient, friendly, clean and comfortable. Luckily the manager did some research and figured out that I used the wrong code and was able to straighten it out and get our ride to us in time.

GBLast minute car request so I just deal I didn't know they were associated with Uber and Lyft. Don't tend to use. The drivers GPS took him to my neighbor across the street address. And I had to walk over to him for him to turn around because I had luggage so he didn't figure person outside middle of the night has luggage. He seems very nice however he didn't offer to lift my luggage into his trunk and when I entered his vehicle I smelled smoke. I have a respiratory problem so the slight smell of smoke causes me to have breathing problems so I did not speak the whole car ride. I am grateful to be able to get a ride last minute. So he was ok.

GBCanceled on me while I was waiting for them I am a collage student and I booked a ride after my thanksgiving break back to my university from LAX which is an hour and a half away. They told me they were figuring out my driver details and texted me a few very vague messages and let me wait for half and hour before telling me they “couldn’t service this booking”. I was left stranded in LA and had a spend $100 on an Uber ride back to campus.
