Canceled on me while I was waiting for them I am a collage student and I booked a ride after my thanksgiving break back to my university from LAX which is an hour and a half away. They told me they were figuring out my driver details and texted me a few very vague messages and let me wait for half and hour before telling me they “couldn’t service this booking”. I was left stranded in LA and had a spend $100 on an Uber ride back to campus.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Like a lot of people, I arrived, followed instructions and received no response to my many texts. This company is a complete scam. I only hope I can get my money back

This is a great service was excellent… This is a great service was excellent in communication with us even with all our delays they still did awesome! Driver was great car was clean will definitely use again if needed.

Took my money 4 days before my trip and cancelled when I arrived. Took my money 4 days before my trip, provided them contact information, told me to contact them once I reached Denver, said that I should provide my location, told to stand by and wait for driver information, and after a 30 minute wait they told me that they could not honor my already booked reservation. Happy Thanksgiving! I should have just called Uber! I better get my payment refunded! You suck! Should be no stars.

Karen was so personable and welcoming Karen was so personable and welcoming! Great conversation that made the long ride fly by. She told us about the landscape and about Connecticut so was a delight to listen and learn. Highly recommend driving with Karen :)
