GBcheck the codes to insure using the correct one. Except for me using the return home confirmation number when we were leaving home it was smooth, efficient, friendly, clean and comfortable. Luckily the manager did some research and figured out that I used the wrong code and was able to straighten it out and get our ride to us in time.

GBTook my money 4 days before my trip and cancelled when I arrived. Took my money 4 days before my trip, provided them contact information, told me to contact them once I reached Denver, said that I should provide my location, told to stand by and wait for driver information, and after a 30 minute wait they told me that they could not honor my already booked reservation. Happy Thanksgiving! I should have just called Uber! I better get my payment refunded! You suck! Should be no stars.

GBGreat ride from Houston (IAH)had a little trouble connecting… We had a little trouble connecting since we were waiting on the wrong side but once Eduardo learned where we were, he came right away. Great driver, knows the roads, enjoyable conversation.

GBThey stole my money Don’t do it use Luxy talk to a human… If I could give them less than one star I would no communication at all you can’t talk to them unless it’s through WhatsApp and they never respond they never showed up for my ride to the airport they never showed up for my ride home from the airport but they took my money I would not recommend them for anything can’t get a hold of anyone for a refund you cannot talk to a human they’ll only let you leave one date. pickup should’ve been October 12

GBHighly recommended I needed a ride from the airport to my home and was hesitant because of the Covid-19. Driver was there to pick me up within 10 minutes and was wearing a mask, also had the windows down a little bit so that there was air circulation. Overall, it was a good experience.
