I was happy that they were able to… I was happy that they were able to offer me the best price on my flights. I was not happy that there was a problem that came up after the fact regarding the billing. I was surprised but ultimately happy that someone with Shiva called me and got the billing issues straightened out. Assuming there aren't any other issues that come up, I would definitely recommend that you check prices with Shiva before you purchase tickets for your next flight.

DO NOT USE THEM,BIG SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM. This is a scam to get you to pay more for your flight. After I booked it, a person with an Indian accent, Jeffrey Wells, called me telling me they couldn't honor the price. Two days later he called again and I told him I would not pay more and to cancel my flight. BIG SCAM. BE CAREFUL.

Far and away the best price for my… Far and away the best price for my flight. I called rather than book online to be safe since I was not familiar with Shiva. I worked with Vance Victor who did an excellent job of taking care of me. He was responsive when I had a couple of questions.

SCAM!!!! SCAM!!!! I bought a ticket and later the same day they cancel my reservation without contact mr or nothing, they tried to call nobody answered, then the online chat said is a holiday in India and they are closed . They have an address in the USA but everybody is in India , they just want to get your info . Will never use this company again.

Minutes later I had a call from a guy with an Indian accent telling me prices have changed. After arguements and coming to a consensus, to my dismay I arrived the airport and realized Shiva did not even ticket the reservation. As in they didn't pay any money to the airline. IT WAS ALL A SCAMMMM. No one ever picks a call. RUNNN WITH YOUR MONEYYYYY. BEWARE OF SHIVA TRAVELS.
