I was happy that they were able to… I was happy that they were able to offer me the best price on my flights. I was not happy that there was a problem that came up after the fact regarding the billing. I was surprised but ultimately happy that someone with Shiva called me and got the billing issues straightened out. Assuming there aren't any other issues that come up, I would definitely recommend that you check prices with Shiva before you purchase tickets for your next flight.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AVOID THIS COMPANY In December 2019, I purchased 5 plane tickets from Shiva Travel to fly to Seattle for my family Alaskan cruise in April 2020. Total ticket price was $960. Then, when my vacation cancelled due to COVID-19, I asked for refund or travel credit. Shiva travel representative Victor Vance charged me $75 per ticket, ($325 total) cancellation fee, and asked to pay upfront in order to get $960 Refund 2 weeks later. I never heard from them since. I called Shiva travel several times, but each time I was told that refund is coming”next week”. Now we are in August, the refund never came. Shiva travel pocketed my tickets money and my cancellation fee money.

Shiva Travel did an excellent job of… Shiva Travel did an excellent job of securing my flight despite my credit card company putting a hold on the charge due to the fact Shiva Travel is out west and I don't travel very often. The only issue I had was Shiva Travel not getting back to me with a new confirmation in a timely fashion once the credit card issue was resolved. That being said they did provide the confirmation immediately when I called them.

Airline ticket agent is currently rectifying an error I the spelling of my last name...Perry shows lots of patience and courtesy when he is confronted with an issue.

Total scam and cheat I wanted to book a flight but at the end before payment there is a section says read rules and restrictions for airlines.I pressed on that and the page was blank.It seems it was blank out by travel agency so customers may not know the rules.When I called them and spoke they say those rules are not honoured by us and if you cancel ticket and rebook for later flights although allowed by airlines we will not refund the money as we sell tickets very cheap.This was evident how they misguide customers and rob them.They should know these days travelers are more educated and do not act like this.Do not use this agency at all and I will report to United airlines about it not to allow them to sell their tickets and also IATA.
