CHEAPEST FLIGHT Shiva gave me the BEST offer out of all. I’m so happy with the service. Perry, a customer service agent, was incredibly kind and so helpful! I would highly recommend shiva and would definitely recommend them!

RUN WITH YOUR MONEY!!!!!! SCAMMMM RUN WITH YOUR MONEY!!!!!! Bought 5 tickets, paid and received confirmation. Minutes later I had a call from a guy with an Indian accent telling me prices have changed. After arguements and coming to a consensus, to my dismay I arrived the airport and realized Shiva did not even ticket the reservation. As in they didn't pay any money to the airline. IT WAS ALL A SCAMMMM. No one ever picks a call. RUNNN WITH YOUR MONEYYYYY. BEWARE OF SHIVA TRAVELS.

After I booked it, a person with an Indian accent, Jeffrey Wells, called me telling me they couldn't honor the price. Two days later he called again and I told him I would not pay more and to cancel my flight. BIG SCAM. BE CAREFUL.

SCAM!!!! SCAM!!!! I bought a ticket and later the same day they cancel my reservation without contact mr or nothing, they tried to call nobody answered, then the online chat said is a holiday in India and they are closed . They have an address in the USA but everybody is in India , they just want to get your info . Will never use this company again.
