GBI just got back from my family vacation… I just got back from my family vacation to France and couldn't be more happy (and relaxed)! We used Superior Cruise & Travel from the recommendation of a friend and had a great experience. Our agent was able to help us decide where to go and what to do based on our interests. This was our first time and didn't really know where to go. In a span of ten days we were able to visit and stay in Paris, Nice, Marseille and Normandy! Our flight actually got delayed 8 hours but with the help of our Travel Agent, we were able to extend our trip on the end to make up for inevitably lost time. I'm so happy we used this company to book our best family vacation yet. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

GBI would definitely recommend this… I would definitely recommend this company, the service is superior. My travel agent D. Richards is very knowledgeable about every aspect of the business, and always helps me in making the right decisions about my trip planning. Every trip that I have planned is always successful. Just one more thing my agent makes me feel like I am apart of Superior Cruise and Travel family. Thanks guys!!

GBVery friendly travel agent until Very friendly travel agent until I had completely booked (and paid for) all planes, trains, and hotels. Then agent's behavior changed dramatically -- not friendly at all -- answered some of my questions briefly and others not at all. Seemed angry that I even asked questions.

GBI absolutely love Erica B! I absolutely love Erica, Superior Travel services. I used them (a travel agency) for the very first time in 2015 and she did a superb job with handling our accommodations. I misplaced her contact email and searched and searched (about 2 months) until I found it. Once I did and emailed Erica, she remembered me. Talk about "personalized" service. Granted the company had the historical data but her warm and caring demeanor reminded me of why I was searching for her email. Thank you, Superior, with a special appreciation for Erica B, Senior Travel Agent.

GBWorst customer service-possible suing Worst customer service. Book a trip in 2020, then covid took the world by storm. Was forced to move it to 2021. Had to take a different job and lost all vacation time had with previous company. Then moved it but they already took more money out so we couldn’t take the exact trip. Then had to change jobs again and my wife lost her job. Was told sorry and we ended up loosing 5,000 dollars and no refund was given. Worst customer service and thinking of suing. Glad you can reply with emails. I’m short I don’t care about policies or what was said. In reality you took over 4,000 and didn’t return a dime.
