Amazing Travel Agents This company is truly amazing and Fred is one of the best travel agent hands down! We booked a Royal Caribbean – Harmony of the Seas Cruise and it couldn’t have been any more perfect! He gave us all of these details regarding destinations, life aboard a ship, accessibility, etc. The overall experience was unimaginable. Hoping to book another cruise with this company soon and we’ll definitely be using Fred again!

Unexpected Experience Previously, I’d used Superior Cruise and Travel (SCT) for my birthday trip and was delighted with the whole experience but that’s a different review. Recently, I was in a consult with them about making plans for my next birthday trip when life happened and I had to put everything on hold. I went from planning a birthday vacation to being homeless for 3 months. I explained that as much as I was looking forward to planning, I had to focus on finding a temporary place to stay until a new place had become available. It never occurred to me to consult with a travel agency as this wasn’t a vacation by any means, but surely enough, I was presented with options. SCT really stepped up and came through for me. It was completely unexpected that they would even be a viable option for helping me but they did and it couldn’t have been a better experience. What would have been a stressful time, actually felt like a vacation. SCT arranged for my temporary housing in a nice hotel near work, and the accommodations even included a local shuttle so I didn’t have to drive to work. It was great. I highly recommend working with this company. They’re compassionate, fair, accommodating and they go the extra mile to satisfy their customers’ needs.

He planned me and my best friends 3 week euro trip and made transportation run smoothly as well as picked awesome hotel locations. $400.00 mistake. $400.00 mistake. Paid for insurance, and had to cancel due to unexpected surgery, but lost an additional $400.00 on top of insurance cost due to SC&T error. They forgot to cancel the private transport they arranged from the airport... this should not be the customers problem considering that is what the $500.00 non refundable trip insurace was for... now I'm out $900.00. Bad business to hold on to a customer's funds and tell them they'll try to reimburse them on their next vacation...

Booked a trip before covid was told I… Booked a trip before covid was told I would be receiving a refund after being told they can no longer issue a refund I booked a weekend trip to Florida using a 2500 credit. A car rental shockingly was over the limit for the credit. Submitted my credit card info for the balance was charged three times one being the correct amount and two other charges I’m now having to dispute. Will never use this agency again! Horrible experience! I come to find the charge was actually from bedsonline for a hotel an additional 220$ to my card which should have came off through my large credit. Super frustrating!
