Still waiting on refund from April, 2020! We had a trip planned to Italy for April of 2020, when Covid hit. After waiting now over a year and a half, and after multiple calls and emails, we are still waiting for all of our refund. We received back only 50% from this travel agency, so still looking for over $5000, despite an email from this travel agency's general manager stating my "eligible outstanding refund due" was $11,606. I have been given multiple excuses....

Great Experience Daniel has been excellent through the process of find the best most price efficient cruise for my family. Even when the rest of the family decided not to participate, Daniel called the cruise line to insure we would continue to have affordable pricing. Unexpected Experience Previously, I’d used Superior Cruise and Travel (SCT) for my birthday trip and was delighted with the whole experience but that’s a different review. Recently, I was in a consult with them about making plans for my next birthday trip when life happened and I had to put everything on hold. I went from planning a birthday vacation to being homeless for 3 months. I explained that as much as I was looking forward to planning, I had to focus on finding a temporary place to stay until a new place had become available. It never occurred to me to consult with a travel agency as this wasn’t a vacation by any means, but surely enough, I was presented with options. SCT really stepped up and came through for me. It was completely unexpected that they would even be a viable option for helping me but they did and it couldn’t have been a better experience. What would have been a stressful time, actually felt like a vacation. SCT arranged for my temporary housing in a nice hotel near work, and the accommodations even included a local shuttle so I didn’t have to drive to work. It was great. I highly recommend working with this company. They’re compassionate, fair, accommodating and they go the extra mile to satisfy their customers’ needs.

Very friendly travel agent until Very friendly travel agent until I had completely booked (and paid for) all planes, trains, and hotels. Then agent's behavior changed dramatically -- not friendly at all -- answered some of my questions briefly and others not at all. Seemed angry that I even asked questions.
