We had two minor issues on two different trips and Fred took care of it within minutes. We like to travel all over in Europe and the UK and have recommended Superiorvto several other friends and associates. GB$400.00 mistake. $400.00 mistake. Paid for insurance, and had to cancel due to unexpected surgery, but lost an additional $400.00 on top of insurance cost due to SC&T error. They forgot to cancel the private transport they arranged from the airport... this should not be the customers problem considering that is what the $500.00 non refundable trip insurace was for... now I'm out $900.00. Bad business to hold on to a customer's funds and tell them they'll try to reimburse them on their next vacation...

GBGreat Experience Daniel has been excellent through the process of find the best most price efficient cruise for my family. Even when the rest of the family decided not to participate, Daniel called the cruise line to insure we would continue to have affordable pricing. He is great at responding to all questions and concerns that we have. I just found Superior Cruise and travel by internet search. So glad I did. Thanks

GBBooked a trip before covid was told I… Booked a trip before covid was told I would be receiving a refund after being told they can no longer issue a refund I booked a weekend trip to Florida using a 2500 credit. A car rental shockingly was over the limit for the credit. Submitted my credit card info for the balance was charged three times one being the correct amount and two other charges I’m now having to dispute. Will never use this agency again! Horrible experience! I come to find the charge was actually from bedsonline for a hotel an additional 220$ to my card which should have came off through my large credit. Super frustrating!

GBSuperior travel booked a group trip… Superior travel booked a group trip down the Rhine River for this past September. The trip was cancelled due to Covid. They have not refunded the groups money with some of our friends receiving no refund while others receiving 50%. Do not use these guys as there is a lawsuit pending and probably another coming to collect.
