GB$400.00 mistake. $400.00 mistake. Paid for insurance, and had to cancel due to unexpected surgery, but lost an additional $400.00 on top of insurance cost due to SC&T error. They forgot to cancel the private transport they arranged from the airport... this should not be the customers problem considering that is what the $500.00 non refundable trip insurace was for... now I'm out $900.00. Bad business to hold on to a customer's funds and tell them they'll try to reimburse them on their next vacation...

GBnothing was as promised We had planned our Hawaiian vacation for over a year. When our original agent left, we were never really given another agent to work with. Our attempts to contact someone about travel details the week before our trip was difficult. When we arrived at the hotel, first we were told that one if our 3 rooms were cancelled. Then we did not get a room with a king bed, as was what the agent said we would get. Then we were informed that our package(at this hotel and the next) diss not include daily breakfast as was originally promised. The owner of the company called us at 3:00am on our vacation to tell us we can try to charge our breakfast to the room and see what happens 😕. We would not recommend this agency to anyone.

GBI will use Superior Cruise and Travel…for every vacation! I will use Superior Cruise and Travel for all my vacations. They went above and beyond my expectations. Took my daughter to New York for graduations present. Superior Cruise and Travel gave me step-by-step instructions on what to do during travel, set me up for things I didn't know I would need in New York (like hop-on-hop-off pass), they promptly answered ever question I had.

GBI absolutely love Erica B! I absolutely love Erica, Superior Travel services. I used them (a travel agency) for the very first time in 2015 and she did a superb job with handling our accommodations. I misplaced her contact email and searched and searched (about 2 months) until I found it. Once I did and emailed Erica, she remembered me. Talk about "personalized" service. Granted the company had the historical data but her warm and caring demeanor reminded me of why I was searching for her email. We had two minor issues on two different trips and Fred took care of it within minutes. We like to travel all over in Europe and the UK and have recommended Superiorvto several other friends and associates.
