nothing was as promised We had planned our Hawaiian vacation for over a year. When our original agent left, we were never really given another agent to work with. Our attempts to contact someone about travel details the week before our trip was difficult. When we arrived at the hotel, first we were told that one if our 3 rooms were cancelled. Then we did not get a room with a king bed, as was what the agent said we would get. Then we were informed that our package(at this hotel and the next) diss not include daily breakfast as was originally promised. The owner of the company called us at 3:00am on our vacation to tell us we can try to charge our breakfast to the room and see what happens 😕. We would not recommend this agency to anyone.

I absolutely love Erica B! I absolutely love Erica, Superior Travel services. I used them (a travel agency) for the very first time in 2015 and she did a superb job with handling our accommodations. I misplaced her contact email and searched and searched (about 2 months) until I found it. Once I did and emailed Erica, she remembered me. Talk about "personalized" service. Granted the company had the historical data but her warm and caring demeanor reminded me of why I was searching for her email. Unexpected Experience Previously, I’d used Superior Cruise and Travel (SCT) for my birthday trip and was delighted with the whole experience but that’s a different review. Recently, I was in a consult with them about making plans for my next birthday trip when life happened and I had to put everything on hold. I went from planning a birthday vacation to being homeless for 3 months. I explained that as much as I was looking forward to planning, I had to focus on finding a temporary place to stay until a new place had become available. It never occurred to me to consult with a travel agency as this wasn’t a vacation by any means, but surely enough, I was presented with options. SCT really stepped up and came through for me. It was completely unexpected that they would even be a viable option for helping me but they did and it couldn’t have been a better experience. What would have been a stressful time, actually felt like a vacation. SCT arranged for my temporary housing in a nice hotel near work, and the accommodations even included a local shuttle so I didn’t have to drive to work. It was great. I highly recommend working with this company. They’re compassionate, fair, accommodating and they go the extra mile to satisfy their customers’ needs.

Great Experience Daniel has been excellent through the process of find the best most price efficient cruise for my family. Even when the rest of the family decided not to participate, Daniel called the cruise line to insure we would continue to have affordable pricing. He is great at responding to all questions and concerns that we have. I just found Superior Cruise and travel by internet search. So glad I did. Thanks
