My experience with Hotels4Teams was… My experience with Hotels4Teams was fine. I wouldn't book the quality inn (leesburg fl) though. Our tub had roaches and no discount was offered when we had to carry our luggage upstairs due to power outage (the outage wasn't the hotels fault but a discount would have been nice!

Best rooms at best prices! They were able to find us the best rates for hotels within walking distance to anything we could need! 10/10 will book with them again! (Huge bonus that their customer service was able to work with me and my anxieties, they were understanding and very nice)

Completely frustrated! I made two reservations for three rooms. One of the reservations was cancelled by the company. However my card was charged for the rooms. I contacted the hotel directly and there was nothing they could do because the reservation was made through this third party. I repeatedly tried to call the company and could not get a representative to answer. I even put in a request with the live chat and I remained 4th in line for an extended period of time.

When I googled the hotel name it said “permanently closed” the only number in the reservation wS hotels4tesms and they wouldn’t answer or return my calls. I looked up the phone number for the hotel and it was a restaurant in Boston who had never heard of it. I lost all my money and had to book a last minute hotel at 3 times the price. No one from hotels4tesms returned my call over 3 days I left messages. Very frustrating

Works for me There was some confusion with the volleyball tournament and our club coach at first, but once they got it all figured out we were able to book a room successfully. The hotel was very nice and within walking distance of the tournament venue. Overall it was a good experience.
