GBCompletely frustrated! I made two reservations for three rooms. One of the reservations was cancelled by the company. However my card was charged for the rooms. I contacted the hotel directly and there was nothing they could do because the reservation was made through this third party. I repeatedly tried to call the company and could not get a representative to answer. I even put in a request with the live chat and I remained 4th in line for an extended period of time.

GBGreat rates and easy to use website Great website for teams looking for multiple rooms at discounted rated. I highly recommend using them for any out of town sports event or family vacations. Website was easy to navigate and did a nice job of helping me find the closest hotel to the gym the tournament was being held at.

GBBooked a hotel and prepaid in full didn’t exist! Booked a hotel and prepaid in full. When I arrived to Boston, I pulled up my reservation with booking number but there was no address for the hotel. When I googled the hotel name it said “permanently closed” the only number in the reservation wS hotels4tesms and they wouldn’t answer or return my calls. I looked up the phone number for the hotel and it was a restaurant in Boston who had never heard of it. I lost all my money and had to book a last minute hotel at 3 times the price. No one from hotels4tesms returned my call over 3 days I left messages. Very frustrating
