GBThis was my first experience trying to… This was my first experience trying to book on Hotels4Teams. I'm sorry to say it wasn't a good one. Though my credit card was fine, I couldn't get it verified through the online booking. But, at some point it became verified and I wasn't notified and therefore didn't stay at Holiday Inn Express though it was our first choice. I didn't get a reservation confirmation, but I sure got a charge on my card and no one has refunded me. BEWARE - Holiday Inn said my booking didn't come to them through Hotel4Teams, but a third party site called Get-a-room.com. After I emailed them for a refund, the response came from yet another different name. I wonder which one was suppose to send me a reservation confirmation and who will be the honorable company and help me?

GBWorks for me There was some confusion with the volleyball tournament and our club coach at first, but once they got it all figured out we were able to book a room successfully. The hotel was very nice and within walking distance of the tournament venue. Overall it was a good experience.

GBRooms were literally disappearing as I… Rooms were literally disappearing as I tried to book online, so I picked up the phone. The Customer Service Rep that worked with me was top-notch! He tracked down rooms that were disappearing and grabbed one for me after 3 tries together. I could tell he was rooting for me just as much as I was crossing my fingers to get a room in the hotel we wanted. Grateful for the service!

GBMy experience with Hotels4Teams was… My experience with Hotels4Teams was fine. I wouldn't book the quality inn (leesburg fl) though. Our tub had roaches and no discount was offered when we had to carry our luggage upstairs due to power outage (the outage wasn't the hotels fault but a discount would have been nice!
