Misleading The motel booked, was supposed to be 2-3 STAR property. Stay scheduled for JUN 2020. Today is MAR 2. Was informed yesterday that the property is rented by the month to transients. This is unsafe and undesired. Called to ask for credit back to credit card to book elsewhere. NO ANSWER at 800 number. Had to leave message. STILL WAITING. Will advise the credit card that the room was booked using fraudulent information and ask to have the charge reversed.

Super Easy, Great Customer Service This was super easy and the customer service was great! Instead of a 3-night minimum through other sites, I was able to find a new, clean, and smoke-free hotel for just 1 night, 2 days before our event! So thankful!

Beware Bait and Switch Hotels! Booked a room at La Quinta online through the Hotel4Teams web site. When the confirmation came through reservation was at a Days Inn that had received 1 star terrible ratings. Called customer service. Was told it "changed names" to which I replied that it was a different address. Cancelled the Days Inn reservation and was supposed to be transferred to booking to make the correct reservation and was conveniently hung up on TWICE. I would avoid any type of business dealings with this company. Very suspect business practices!

Great experience! Upon checking in, we noticed a leak in the bathroom. The front desk clerk moved us to a new room. It seemed she took my husband's mobility issues into consideration. Thank you! Our room was clean and comfortable. Nighttime was quiet and we had a restful sleep. The breakfast included was ample, and had items that would cater to all. Would definitely consider staying again.

Rooms were literally disappearing as I… Rooms were literally disappearing as I tried to book online, so I picked up the phone. The Customer Service Rep that worked with me was top-notch! He tracked down rooms that were disappearing and grabbed one for me after 3 tries together. I could tell he was rooting for me just as much as I was crossing my fingers to get a room in the hotel we wanted. Grateful for the service!
