Great experience! Upon checking in, we noticed a leak in the bathroom. The front desk clerk moved us to a new room. It seemed she took my husband's mobility issues into consideration. Thank you! Our room was clean and comfortable. Nighttime was quiet and we had a restful sleep. The breakfast included was ample, and had items that would cater to all. Would definitely consider staying again.

Rooms were literally disappearing as I… Rooms were literally disappearing as I tried to book online, so I picked up the phone. The Customer Service Rep that worked with me was top-notch! He tracked down rooms that were disappearing and grabbed one for me after 3 tries together. I could tell he was rooting for me just as much as I was crossing my fingers to get a room in the hotel we wanted. Grateful for the service!

Great rates and easy to use website Great website for teams looking for multiple rooms at discounted rated. I highly recommend using them for any out of town sports event or family vacations. Website was easy to navigate and did a nice job of helping me find the closest hotel to the gym the tournament was being held at.

Works for me There was some confusion with the volleyball tournament and our club coach at first, but once they got it all figured out we were able to book a room successfully. The hotel was very nice and within walking distance of the tournament venue. Overall it was a good experience.
