Rooms were literally disappearing as I… Rooms were literally disappearing as I tried to book online, so I picked up the phone. The Customer Service Rep that worked with me was top-notch! He tracked down rooms that were disappearing and grabbed one for me after 3 tries together. I could tell he was rooting for me just as much as I was crossing my fingers to get a room in the hotel we wanted. Grateful for the service!

Easy booking … I have been booking with them for about 3 years and having the best support I really need it. Best prices , easy booking and good team working to support you as you need it! My soon play soccer and we are always on the road so hotel4teams is my choice to book .

Booked a hotel and prepaid in full didn’t exist! Booked a hotel and prepaid in full. When I arrived to Boston, I pulled up my reservation with booking number but there was no address for the hotel. When I googled the hotel name it said “permanently closed” the only number in the reservation wS hotels4tesms and they wouldn’t answer or return my calls. I looked up the phone number for the hotel and it was a restaurant in Boston who had never heard of it. I lost all my money and had to book a last minute hotel at 3 times the price. No one from hotels4tesms returned my call over 3 days I left messages. Very frustrating

Misleading The motel booked, was supposed to be 2-3 STAR property. Stay scheduled for JUN 2020. Today is MAR 2. Was informed yesterday that the property is rented by the month to transients. This is unsafe and undesired. Called to ask for credit back to credit card to book elsewhere. NO ANSWER at 800 number. Had to leave message. STILL WAITING. Will advise the credit card that the room was booked using fraudulent information and ask to have the charge reversed.

Super Easy, Great Customer Service This was super easy and the customer service was great! Instead of a 3-night minimum through other sites, I was able to find a new, clean, and smoke-free hotel for just 1 night, 2 days before our event! So thankful!
