Our tub had roaches and no discount was offered when we had to carry our luggage upstairs due to power outage (the outage wasn't the hotels fault but a discount would have been nice!

Great Discounted Rate The rate offered was exceptional although it was paid in advance with no cancellation options. If you know you have to be there than that is no big deal. Hotel told me it was a Priceline rate which I wasn't aware of and didn't earn HHonors points which is a bummer. But when rate is 50% off lowest rate in the market, I can live with it.
