Was a pleasurable experience. Was a pleasurable experience, the lady I talked to was very helpful and pleasant. She got me booked with no problems at all. I chose this hotel because I have stayed at super 8 many times for years and will continue ro do so.

Completely frustrated! I made two reservations for three rooms. One of the reservations was cancelled by the company. However my card was charged for the rooms. I contacted the hotel directly and there was nothing they could do because the reservation was made through this third party. I repeatedly tried to call the company and could not get a representative to answer. I even put in a request with the live chat and I remained 4th in line for an extended period of time.

This was my first experience trying to… This was my first experience trying to book on Hotels4Teams. I'm sorry to say it wasn't a good one. Though my credit card was fine, I couldn't get it verified through the online booking. But, at some point it became verified and I wasn't notified and therefore didn't stay at Holiday Inn Express though it was our first choice. I didn't get a reservation confirmation, but I sure got a charge on my card and no one has refunded me. BEWARE - Holiday Inn said my booking didn't come to them through Hotel4Teams, but a third party site called Get-a-room.com. After I emailed them for a refund, the response came from yet another different name. I wonder which one was suppose to send me a reservation confirmation and who will be the honorable company and help me?

Great experience! Upon checking in, we noticed a leak in the bathroom. The front desk clerk moved us to a new room. It seemed she took my husband's mobility issues into consideration. Thank you! Our room was clean and comfortable. Nighttime was quiet and we had a restful sleep. The breakfast included was ample, and had items that would cater to all. Would definitely consider staying again.

Super Easy, Great Customer Service This was super easy and the customer service was great! Instead of a 3-night minimum through other sites, I was able to find a new, clean, and smoke-free hotel for just 1 night, 2 days before our event! So thankful!
