Way Over Charged I used this site to purchase rail tickets in Portugal and the tickets were very expensive. I cancelled the tickets and still got charged about 35 Euros. I bought them online from another site which was much cheaper. I was frustrated with myself that I let this happen.

Trustworthy and reliable website. There was quite a bit of negative feedback about Rail Ninja which did worry me. But as it turned out, everything couldn't have been better. The website was far easier to navigate than any of the Japanese Rail sites and we received our ticket vouchers online on time. We were therefore able to collect our actual tickets from the ticket office in Tokyo hassle free. I booked 3 rail journeys through Rail Ninja and all of them went without any hitch. 5 stars from me.
