USYou canceled my tickets without noticeā¦ You canceled my tickets without notice and without giving me a reason. Update -- I tried to buy new tickets after you canceled me, and there were no more high speed train tickets left for the days I needed. So I had to buy the slow train tickets and have to leave hours earlier. I am really disappointed and disgusted with the way RailNinja treated me and handled my case. I asked them why they canceled me and they said they could not tell me.

ESTERRIBLE SERVICE & OVERCHARGING TERRIBLE SERVICE & OVERCHARGING BOOK THE SAME TICKETS DIRECT CHEAPER. Once you book, they wait a day or so, then advise your ticket price has gone up, this can happen 2 or 3 times.

ITBuying and receiving tickets The booking itself was clear and easy. However, after 4 days from the booking and payment I haven't received yet the ticket. It would be fair if you say when peaple should expect to receive their tickets.

AUSeamless process! Great site! The Rail Ninja site is just so easy to use. This was not the first time I've booked international rail tickets through Rail Ninja and will continue to do so. All the timetables and information you could need and the tickets arrived really quickly once purchased!
