Rail Ninja resell their tickets for 40-100% higher price and when there is any problem they need to contact the real customer service of the official company to solve the problem. ALWAYS search for the official train companies of the countries you are travelling in - you will get a real and faster help in case of cancellation or refunds. Rail Ninja has a really good marketing and that’s why is always ranking in the first page of Google search. This company is earning billions just reselling tickets of the official companies for an extremely higher price.

Excellent experience We booked two rail journeys in Portugal with Rail Ninja. The booking process was simple and efficient. The tickets which I received on line were easy to access and I was able to use them on the trains without printing them out. A thoroughly satisfactory experience. Thank you.

You canceled my tickets without notice… You canceled my tickets without notice and without giving me a reason. Update -- I tried to buy new tickets after you canceled me, and there were no more high speed train tickets left for the days I needed. So I had to buy the slow train tickets and have to leave hours earlier. I am really disappointed and disgusted with the way RailNinja treated me and handled my case. I asked them why they canceled me and they said they could not tell me.

Trustworthy and reliable website. There was quite a bit of negative feedback about Rail Ninja which did worry me. But as it turned out, everything couldn't have been better. The website was far easier to navigate than any of the Japanese Rail sites and we received our ticket vouchers online on time. We were therefore able to collect our actual tickets from the ticket office in Tokyo hassle free. I booked 3 rail journeys through Rail Ninja and all of them went without any hitch. 5 stars from me.

Scan on Hong Kong tickets Booked return tickets Hong Kong - Guangzhou in business class for 228€. Then Rail Ninja requested to confirm for a lower class against class difference refund. I accpted and then still no tickets. I needed the tickets so after several reclamations cancelled with Rail Ninja and booked elsewhere where I received them in 1 hour. Rail Ninja only refunded 161€. This is a scam be carefull
