SCAM IN NORWAY SCAM! When in Norway always buy train tickets in the official Norwegian website VY - VY.NO You can change easily the language to English in their website. Rail Ninja resell their tickets for 40-100% higher price and when there is any problem they need to contact the real customer service of the official company to solve the problem. ALWAYS search for the official train companies of the countries you are travelling in - you will get a real and faster help in case of cancellation or refunds. Rail Ninja has a really good marketing and that’s why is always ranking in the first page of Google search. This company is earning billions just reselling tickets of the official companies for an extremely higher price.

Buying and receiving tickets The booking itself was clear and easy. However, after 4 days from the booking and payment I haven't received yet the ticket. It would be fair if you say when peaple should expect to receive their tickets.

Simple way to get train tickets Simple way to get train tickets. For me it was actually easier than going through the official website. The price was obviously higher than the original tickets, but I am paying for the convenience and securing the specific time of travel. So I understand.

You canceled my tickets without notice… You canceled my tickets without notice and without giving me a reason. Update -- I tried to buy new tickets after you canceled me, and there were no more high speed train tickets left for the days I needed. So I had to buy the slow train tickets and have to leave hours earlier. I am really disappointed and disgusted with the way RailNinja treated me and handled my case. I asked them why they canceled me and they said they could not tell me.
