SGI woud complain of the seat allocation…as I woud complain of the seat allocation suste. Whenever I take on Solitaire suite bus, my seat has been allocated without my intention and it does not allow reservation. Given the expensivebus fare paid, I dont understand why I should take seat which has been designated without my consent. I strongly claim that the seat allocation system should be changed reflecting passenger’s intention. If there is any system working which I dont know, please let me know in order to get preferred seat of mine.

NOSCAM IN NORWAY SCAM! When in Norway always buy train tickets in the official Norwegian website VY - VY.NO You can change easily the language to English in their website. Rail Ninja resell their tickets for 40-100% higher price and when there is any problem they need to contact the real customer service of the official company to solve the problem. ALWAYS search for the official train companies of the countries you are travelling in - you will get a real and faster help in case of cancellation or refunds. Rail Ninja has a really good marketing and that’s why is always ranking in the first page of Google search. This company is earning billions just reselling tickets of the official companies for an extremely higher price.

GBBEWARE before your Buy on Rail Ninja The amount of fees that were charged was double the actual price of the ticket. We paid $107 a ticket through Rail Ninja for 1st Class seats. We also purchased the ticket that said can be cancelled one day before the trip. When we received the actual ticket, the price shown on the ticket was $45. I agree there should be a fee charged for using your service, but more than double! We decided to cancel both tickets a month before our train ride, and they gave us back $110. So they made $104 for allowing us to book tickets through them. They do not show what fees are being added, they just show you a price. WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!
