Scan on Hong Kong tickets Booked return tickets Hong Kong - Guangzhou in business class for 228€. Then Rail Ninja requested to confirm for a lower class against class difference refund. I accpted and then still no tickets. I needed the tickets so after several reclamations cancelled with Rail Ninja and booked elsewhere where I received them in 1 hour. Rail Ninja only refunded 161€. This is a scam be carefull

Buying and receiving tickets The booking itself was clear and easy. However, after 4 days from the booking and payment I haven't received yet the ticket. It would be fair if you say when peaple should expect to receive their tickets.

BEWARE before your Buy on Rail Ninja The amount of fees that were charged was double the actual price of the ticket. We paid $107 a ticket through Rail Ninja for 1st Class seats. We also purchased the ticket that said can be cancelled one day before the trip. When we received the actual ticket, the price shown on the ticket was $45. I agree there should be a fee charged for using your service, but more than double! We decided to cancel both tickets a month before our train ride, and they gave us back $110. So they made $104 for allowing us to book tickets through them. They do not show what fees are being added, they just show you a price. WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!
