I really like the fact that I was… I really like the fact that I was immediately notified, and offered help, re the need for a visa for flying to Vietnam. However, I was never able to check on my flight without opening an account - and I never do that because I have too many accounts, too many passwords to remember - so I was nervous about things till I actually took off at the San Francisco airport.

I love the fares offered and the ease… I love the fares offered and the ease of selection, however i have been trying for 2 days to contact customer service pertaining to an error on my reservations which i fear will prohibit us from our travels. I have attempted to make corrections via the BOT, texts phone calls and emails with no avail. Extremely difficult to get obtain actual support.

Good Experience I tried making reservations with another discount travel service and it was difficult, actually impossible. They kept rejecting my cards even if they are in good standing. When I emailed them they said "Then make reservations with the airline, regards". They didn't even try to resolve their technical issues. Instead of going to the airline (which would be more expensive) I tried Budget Air. To my surprise making reservations with them was smooth, easy and user friendly. No issues at all. Best of all I got their great price for the airfare. The price was exactly as listed. I was so pleased that I plan on using them again in the future the next time I book a flight.
