CAI booked a flight leaving edmonton… I booked a flight leaving edmonton going to Hamilton fron July 31st to August 7th. Immediately after receiving my confirmation, I contacted you to tell you the flight was wrong as it had me leaving on August 7 returning August . I had my friend who travels around the world check my selection of July 31st to August 7th. I tried speaking to you and the person I spoke to basically told me I screwed up and he would not help me. Too bad for me. I did not screw up, I want my $879.92 back. You made the mistake not me and I called you within 2 minutes of seeing the error. All airlines allow for a change if there is an error even with a no refund policy. I intend to take this to a higher authority if you do not fix the error. Vi have made other flight arrangements with a different airline.

GBQuick and easy, but know what you need The booking process was simple and relatively easy. My only concern is the number of "up sell" items that are thrown at you as you move along the booking process. It is not always clear precisely what these extra fees actually cover, and it can be very easy to over pay for a ticket by adding services that are not needed or wanted. That aside, it was quick, simple and economical.

INbooked a ticket through Kayak which… was Horrible!!! booked a ticket through Kayak which seems like farmed it out to budgetair.com. They charge money additional money to book and cancel tickets which was not shown or disclosed in the ticket price at the time of booking. Then they claimed to charge additional money as airline cancellation fees even though JAL cancels tickets for free within 24 hours and at times longer. Semi-fraud. Stay Away

INWorst customer care I ever experience.. Worst in Date change and cancelltion... They don't have competent authorised responsible customer care executive who really care and cooperate needy customer... I don't finds any advantage which customer care centre are running right now by The Budget air. Com sight are having right now.

GBCustomer Service is not so great I took one star away because when I called the number they had for a reduced flight. Person on the phone was very rude and did not have enough info. Otherwise no issues.
