They charge money additional money to book and cancel tickets which was not shown or disclosed in the ticket price at the time of booking. Then they claimed to charge additional money as airline cancellation fees even though JAL cancels tickets for free within 24 hours and at times longer. Semi-fraud. Stay Away

I booked a flight leaving edmonton… I booked a flight leaving edmonton going to Hamilton fron July 31st to August 7th. Immediately after receiving my confirmation, I contacted you to tell you the flight was wrong as it had me leaving on August 7 returning August . I had my friend who travels around the world check my selection of July 31st to August 7th. I tried speaking to you and the person I spoke to basically told me I screwed up and he would not help me. Too bad for me. I did not screw up, I want my $879.92 back. You made the mistake not me and I called you within 2 minutes of seeing the error. All airlines allow for a change if there is an error even with a no refund policy. I intend to take this to a higher authority if you do not fix the error. Vi have made other flight arrangements with a different airline.
