booked a ticket through Kayak which… was Horrible!!! booked a ticket through Kayak which seems like farmed it out to budgetair.com. They charge money additional money to book and cancel tickets which was not shown or disclosed in the ticket price at the time of booking. Then they claimed to charge additional money as airline cancellation fees even though JAL cancels tickets for free within 24 hours and at times longer. Semi-fraud. Stay Away

Quick and easy, but know what you need The booking process was simple and relatively easy. My only concern is the number of "up sell" items that are thrown at you as you move along the booking process. It is not always clear precisely what these extra fees actually cover, and it can be very easy to over pay for a ticket by adding services that are not needed or wanted. That aside, it was quick, simple and economical.

Totally disappointed and money wasted I booked ticket for next week, but i had to change ticket as soon as possible because my grandfather died. I tried to change date but when i put my card for payment, it say error again and again. I tried to find contact details but didn’t find any call number There is AI chat box but that is not helpful because you cannot ask anything I sent a mail but it said it will take 5 days to respond like what, i need emergency date within 1 day but it takes 5 days to reply mail Totally disappointed. I have buy ticket again and my money is totally wasted on first ticket. I will never use BookingAir website again in my life.

Good Experience I tried making reservations with another discount travel service and it was difficult, actually impossible. They kept rejecting my cards even if they are in good standing. When I emailed them they said "Then make reservations with the airline, regards". They didn't even try to resolve their technical issues. Instead of going to the airline (which would be more expensive) I tried Budget Air. To my surprise making reservations with them was smooth, easy and user friendly. No issues at all. Best of all I got their great price for the airfare. The price was exactly as listed. I was so pleased that I plan on using them again in the future the next time I book a flight.
