I have attempted to make corrections via the BOT, texts phone calls and emails with no avail. Extremely difficult to get obtain actual support.

My only concern is the number of "up sell" items that are thrown at you as you move along the booking process. It is not always clear precisely what these extra fees actually cover, and it can be very easy to over pay for a ticket by adding services that are not needed or wanted. I don’t keno why this website says ticket will be issue within 23-72hrs after purchasing. What if u can’t confirm the ticket after 24hr. Who is responsible if I try to buy ticket again after 24hr. So this part needed to be improve. As soon u purchase. Ticket must be issue instantly.
