I really like the fact that I was… I really like the fact that I was immediately notified, and offered help, re the need for a visa for flying to Vietnam. Good Experience I tried making reservations with another discount travel service and it was difficult, actually impossible. They kept rejecting my cards even if they are in good standing. When I emailed them they said "Then make reservations with the airline, regards". They didn't even try to resolve their technical issues. Instead of going to the airline (which would be more expensive) I tried Budget Air. To my surprise making reservations with them was smooth, easy and user friendly. No issues at all. Best of all I got their great price for the airfare. The price was exactly as listed. I was so pleased that I plan on using them again in the future the next time I book a flight.
