I'd never heard of Portmantos. Great first experience. I'd never heard of Portmantos, perhaps because I reside on the West Coast. It caught my eye while I was doing price comparisons for a high quality but pricey backpack. It had the best price and I was leery. I took the plunge and 2 days later with no S&H costs, it arrived at my front door. I'm pleased as punch, do a fair amount of travelling, and will keep this store on my radar for future purchases.

I fell in love with my briefcase… I fell in love with my briefcase especially the color, I’ve been looking everywhere online for months and finally came across PORTMANTOS.COM I browsed through the site till I miraculously came across my now yellow briefcase. I was extremely exited mainly because I just didn’t want a regular black basic briefcase. I also loved the story of how the founders came about their company it made it that much more meaningful to own this briefcase. Thnkyou immensely much!

Absolutely THE WORST company I’ve ever… Absolutely THE WORST company I’ve ever dealt with. There’s no way there’s so many positive reviews here. Most likely paid reviews. First, they don’t know how to ship items and they will arrive damaged. Second, when you return an item due to their carelessness, they’ll lie and say they never got it EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE PROOF OF DELIVERY. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

A good mistake I did not realize this was an online business and ended up visiting the warehouse/showroom. Thanks e receptionist who greeted me was extremely professional and helpful. Another staff person also helped and I was able to make a purchase that I am most pleased with. I would do business with this company again.

Absolutely the worst experience Absolutely the worst experience. I wish I could give no stars. Bought $ 800 Worth of Briggs & Riley cases which they say were delivered even though I was home all day and received other documented packages from Amazon. Even in the ups description it describes it as a 10LB package. They refuse to answer any of my calls or emails. I am out of pocket and left bag less. NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AND CHECK OUT ALL THE OTHER AWFUL REVIEWS ON AMAZON. How do they get away with ripping so many people off?
