GBPoor customer service and lack of response. I ordered a Timbuktu suitcase in a certain style and received the wrong style. Tried calling and got a voicemail as well as emailing with no response. I also paid for FedEx 2 day shipping since we needed the bag for a trip and paid extra for the bag and shipping and came via UPS Ground. I could have ordered the same bag from Timbuktu and received 10% off. Very disappointed in their customer service and lack of response.

GBI fell in love with my briefcase… I fell in love with my briefcase especially the color, I’ve been looking everywhere online for months and finally came across PORTMANTOS.COM I browsed through the site till I miraculously came across my now yellow briefcase. I was extremely exited mainly because I just didn’t want a regular black basic briefcase. I also loved the story of how the founders came about their company it made it that much more meaningful to own this briefcase. Thnkyou immensely much!

CAI think tracking information should be… I think tracking information should be sent automatically, and even though I set up an account online my order was not in there so I could not track it that way either. However, they have been super helpful on the phone and the item I purchased arrived and I love it. Thank you.

GBAbsolutely the worst experience Absolutely the worst experience. I wish I could give no stars. Bought $ 800 Worth of Briggs & Riley cases which they say were delivered even though I was home all day and received other documented packages from Amazon. Even in the ups description it describes it as a 10LB package. They refuse to answer any of my calls or emails. I am out of pocket and left bag less. NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AND CHECK OUT ALL THE OTHER AWFUL REVIEWS ON AMAZON. How do they get away with ripping so many people off?

GBDoesn't stand behind its products I purchased an expensive handbag from Portmantos on October 17, 2018 through Amazon, and started using it in mid-November 2018. Today, the handle spontaneously detached from the bag as I walked from my car to my office. It cannot be repaired. I contacted Portmantos, and they refuse to replace the item because I received it "almost 2 months ago." This is unacceptable. BAD BUSINESS. DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY.
