Second Time was a Charm! This is second time that I purchased from Portmantos. I am happy to say that this time, they got it right and were efficient in fulfilling the order. A great recovery from the first time, where we had received a differnt size than ordered and had to accept it due to time constraints. I will definitely purchase through Portmantos again. A great recovery and I will be a loyal customer going forward.

Some of the BEST customer service ever! Portmantos had some of the best customer service ever! I needed a specific bag, timing was critical and wanted to pay a price I saw online, but wasn't what their catalogue had. The customer service person expedited my order, gave me a super price, and was truly concerned that she met all my expectations and more. I would go to them FIRST when I need other luggage, bags and other items they sell. I bought a $150 price range LeSportsac carryon (no wheels), and they are rarely discounted.

Exactly what I was looking for at the best price online My bag arrived quickly and exactly as described! And I love it! My only recommendation to the company is to make sure the image of the item reflects what the consumer is purchasing. I was worried because the description was a floral description but the picture was a red bag. I took a chance and am glad I did. The item I bought was a replacement for my existing (and no longer available in stores) Tumi cross body bag. I don't care for the latest one in stores so I thought I might be able to find it online. Portmantos had the best price, it showed up quickly, and was brand spanking new! Great experience!

They fulfilled my order in a few days. Kim in customer service was wonderful helping with tracking my order as I needed it in a hurry. When I encountered an issue with the product I received, Kim made available several options while working with the manufacturer. Kim was wonderful to work with and I am fully satisfied with my purchase from start to finish. I highly recommend shopping with Portmantos. I will recommend them to my friends and family and when I am in the market again I know where to go.

Absolutely the worst experience Absolutely the worst experience. I wish I could give no stars. Bought $ 800 Worth of Briggs & Riley cases which they say were delivered even though I was home all day and received other documented packages from Amazon. Even in the ups description it describes it as a 10LB package. They refuse to answer any of my calls or emails. I am out of pocket and left bag less. NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AND CHECK OUT ALL THE OTHER AWFUL REVIEWS ON AMAZON. How do they get away with ripping so many people off?
