the agent changed my reservation 3… the agent changed my reservation 3 times and blamed me for the change even when I explained to her that she gave me conformation regarding all flights the 1st time and I was satisfied with the 3 different flights. Sorry, very bad feelings about this experience with this agent, I was worried that we were going to lose the deal because of the change and we were bumped out of the good airline flights and settled for the least comfortable one. I felt very uncomfortable with the results. I do admit that it was a last minute call , but we agreed to all flights and hotel infos the 1st time of call. Thank you.

My past contact moved on My past contact moved on. When I sent emails to Amanda past contact no one followed back up with me. I finally called and got another contact who was supposed to send me my information. I had to call again after a week since I did not receive the information. Finally booked the trip in that phone call.

Have been trying for 2 weeks to get… Due to the grave illness of a relative, I have been trying for 2 weeks to get hold of someone to cancel a reservation with Blue Sun Vacations. Have left 6 messages and no one has called me back yet.

More important than the sale is the… More important than the sale is the customer service. Before my purchase, Maliah called, emailed and texted daily, to ensure I was going to buy. After I purchased a vacation package for my son and his new brides honeymoon, I called, left message and emailed (several days ago) about airline seating upgrades (long flight) and have received no response. I spent upwards of $4000.00 and expected better. Package price is comparable to most travel agencies and I dont nickle and dime. What I look for is a good deal and service to match. This is clearly not Maliahs focus, not in my case anyway. My experience is... If you're looking for good customer service before AND after the sale, perhaps this is not be the place for you or Maliah may not be the rep for you. If you've had luck here before, then good for you; otherwise, be honest, so others don't end up disappointed. Lesson learned

Do NOT use Blue Sun Weddings!! Do NOT use Blue Sun Weddings!!! They will turn your dream wedding into a nightmare. They are totally disorganized. Bride was in tears days before departing for her wedding. There was a complete lack of communication with her and with us as guests traveling to Mexico. Even with months of planning, the bride had no idea what her wedding bouquet would look like. They relocated her venue from the location she was promised. None of the guests (who paid in full months in advance) had travel documents or airport transfer information. We were promised to have the travel documents and trip confirmation in hand 3 weeks before the trip. We were promised transfer information from the airport to the resort 2 weeks before the trip. We received these 2 1/2 days before scheduled departure. This was after numerous attempts to contact Blue Sun - who don't even have a phone number! You can only reach them by email or scheduling an online appointment - which we tried to do, and the system didn't even send us confirmation that we had scheduled an appointment. We were told the missing travel documents and transfer information was a 1 time "computer glitch". However, after reading these reviews, it is clear that this is how they operate. We ended up not going to the wedding after paying in full. Our daughter who was to travel with us has an infant and she became very concerned about safety and the legitimacy Blue Sun and their ability to transfer us safely to the resort - since there was ZERO communication. We were flying into an area with an increased warning to a Level 3 - which is "reconsider travel" due to increased crimes against and kidnappings of Americans. Level 3 is the same level as Israel is currently at and they are in the middle of a war against Gaza. When I told Blue Sun that we were no longer going because my daughter was concerned about the lack of a safe transfer when we kept not getting information about it - they emailed saying the area was only under a Level 2 travel advisory. They tried to be tricky and go with the area the resort was in - even though the arrival/departure/transfer area was much higher risk. I have traveled to 6 out of the 7 continents and this is the worst travel booking experience I have ever had. They should not be in the travel business and DEFINITELY not in the business of weddings.
