Alpha Flight Guru looks to have gone under!!! Only three weeks ago, I was promised a refund for some flights I had booked which were cancelled by the Singapore Airlines (SQ) just 36 hours before we were due to fly Melbourne to Zurich. It appears Alpha Flight Guru's practice of buying other people's reward points and then using them to book flights for another person has finally been rumbled, at least by SQ who told me it was an illegal practice. Now AFG's website is down, my contact, Sheena Wilson, has gone underground, both of her emails bouncing back and Customer Service numbers not connecting. Beware!!!!!

Great experience to rebook cancelled flights (Covid-19) We booked our flights to Germany one year ago, but due to the pandemic the flights got cancelled. After receiving our vaccinations we are now ready to rebook our flights and to apply our credits from the cancelled flights. Yury from Alpha Flight Guru provided us with outstanding support, he organized our travels quickly, found great rates and he was very responsive in his communication. Thank you!!!

Once again, had the pleasure of working with Roman, who was responsive, efficient, and thorough in booking our flights. He presented options, allowing us to chose which best met our needs, and various price structures all within our budget. What a horrible company What a horrible company ALPHA FLIGHT GURU is . Stay away Don't use them at any cost. I've been trying to get my money back since 2020. 😩 still no joy and what's worse they are not responding to my emails 😕 or phone calls 😕 Looks like they've gone bust . A warning of some sort would have been nice. Watch out as they will most probably start up another company 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
