DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE AN ILLEGAL OPERATION. We used Alpha Flight Guru in the past with success so decided to use them again. Then COVID hit. They refused to refund our money, which the airlines were offering. They only offered a credit. We are now trying to use our credit which expires 30 June 2023. Now emails bounce back, website down, our consultant is not returning my many messages. Do yourself a favour and pay a little bit more through an airline or official travel agent. When we first booked with them they were known as Alpha Flight Guru and then changed their name to Booking Vault. I wont be surprised if they pop up in the future under a another name. BEWARE. I do believe in Karma.

BE AWARE THEY DO NOT OFFER CASH REFUNDS ONY CREDITS. Would have thought because of current world traveling conditions a refund would have been issued but not the case. Great service, once again! This is the second time I have used Alpha Flight Guru to book Business Class International flights. Once again, had the pleasure of working with Roman, who was responsive, efficient, and thorough in booking our flights. He presented options, allowing us to chose which best met our needs, and various price structures all within our budget.
