Best customer service of any booking agency I have booked with Flightsbank many times over the last several years and have nothing but good things to say about this booking company Specifically I have worked with Martin. I called back today to book my annual xmas flight. I randomly got transferred to Martin and he actually remembered my previous bookings. What a pleasure to speak with a 'live' person that is so helpful and knowledgeable and willing to make the booking experience as painless as posssible Helps that this place seems to have the best deals around.

Great customer service Rubain helped me cancel my flight and get a flight credit when airlines were crazy (due to COVID-19). He was professional, courteous, and extremely understanding. Here's hoping we can fly without concern as soon as possible.

Flightsbank generated a confirmation number and booking reference so as far as I was concerned the booking was completed. Within an hour, I had a "failed" flight reservation email. I called their helpline and they said what I booked wasn't available and if I wanted to book on the date which had been confirmed by Flightsbank on the website, then it would cost roughly 50% more than what they originally quoted on the website. In order to get the price on the website, they said I'd have to travel half a year earlier. Seriously disappointed and frustrated. Won't be using them again.

I can't reach them I can't reach them by phone, email or text. I have been trying for weeks. This is a scam. The phone number listed don the site is disconnected. This is a scam for sure.
