This time, instead of me reaching out, Henry - one of the agents reached out to me regarding an issue I had with my booking. He was patient and assisted me with all my issues and also called me to follow up. I typically don’t write reviews and this is my first time booking through Flightbanks. upon booking with Filghtsbank twice the… upon booking with Filghtsbank twice the called me to let me know the fare that as on the website was no longer available but it was showing up none the less. I could not believe this and went on to United and the fares were higher than what they were offering me. I appreciated that they called me but I also think they needed to update their site. Martin was very helpful he tried his best to get me a good fare and was even successful at getting me a confirmed seat on an earlier flight which will get me to my destination earlier.
