I did book flights with flightbanks few… I did book flights with flightbanks few times. But when it come to refund and rebooking credit they are the worst, For a refund they keep saying they didn't get it from the airline which the airline clearly said they refunded to the travel agent for a month+. When it comes to reschedule a credit they charging you a rebooking fee while the airline is waving it plus they charge you more for the ticket then airline it's self,

Still waiting on refund for tickets… Still waiting on refund for tickets cancelled from April 3, 2020 that were cancelled due to Covid. We are owed nearly $2,000. I have emails with confirmation of the refund but still nothing in the bank. After several emails back, they have stopped replying. I would NEVER use this travel agency again. Very hard to communicate with even if you get someone on the phone, make false promises.

Great Prices - Exceptional Service Martin went out of his way to ensure everything was just right - he called me up, accommodated my date and price requirements, followed up to make sure that the ticket was properly issued and offered great prices on tickets for friends and family. I got great service and tickets for 1/3rd the price. I'll gladly use them again.

This time, instead of me reaching out, Henry - one of the agents reached out to me regarding an issue I had with my booking. He was patient and assisted me with all my issues and also called me to follow up. I typically don’t write reviews and this is my first time booking through Flightbanks. I will definitely be returning again to book future flights!
