He was patient and assisted me with all my issues and also called me to follow up. I typically don’t write reviews and this is my first time booking through Flightbanks. I could not believe this and went on to United and the fares were higher than what they were offering me. I appreciated that they called me but I also think they needed to update their site. Martin was very helpful he tried his best to get me a good fare and was even successful at getting me a confirmed seat on an earlier flight which will get me to my destination earlier.

Bait and switch Bait and switch. Our organization purchased ticket for one priced and after they sent confirmation, they then raised the rates by enormous amounts on our tickets. We needed 10 tickets at a good price, but clearly I should be a have never fell for the con. Never had this problem with Expedia or Orbitz. I advise anyone looking here to turn around and look for a reputable company!
