Flightsbank generated a confirmation number and booking reference so as far as I was concerned the booking was completed. Within an hour, I had a "failed" flight reservation email. I called their helpline and they said what I booked wasn't available and if I wanted to book on the date which had been confirmed by Flightsbank on the website, then it would cost roughly 50% more than what they originally quoted on the website. In order to get the price on the website, they said I'd have to travel half a year earlier. Seriously disappointed and frustrated. Won't be using them again.

GBStill waiting on refund for tickets… Still waiting on refund for tickets cancelled from April 3, 2020 that were cancelled due to Covid. We are owed nearly $2,000. I have emails with confirmation of the refund but still nothing in the bank. After several emails back, they have stopped replying. I would NEVER use this travel agency again. Very hard to communicate with even if you get someone on the phone, make false promises.

GBBait and switch Bait and switch. Our organization purchased ticket for one priced and after they sent confirmation, they then raised the rates by enormous amounts on our tickets. We needed 10 tickets at a good price, but clearly I should be a have never fell for the con. Never had this problem with Expedia or Orbitz. I advise anyone looking here to turn around and look for a reputable company!

GBBest deal and excellent service! Best deal and excellent service. Usually when booking through a third party, its impossible to get in touch with an agent. This time, instead of me reaching out, Henry - one of the agents reached out to me regarding an issue I had with my booking. He was patient and assisted me with all my issues and also called me to follow up. I typically don’t write reviews and this is my first time booking through Flightbanks. I will definitely be returning again to book future flights!

GBI have been waiting for my refund for a… I have been waiting for my refund for a flight that had to be canceled due to Covid, since 26 July 2020! I have been writing to them every few weeks and every time they come back to me, it’s the same excuse... “We are waiting for the supplier”. I called the supplier today and they have confirmed that they have had no communication from Flights Bank regarding a refund for me. My advise to anyone looking to use Flights Bank is to stay well away and do not be tempted by the misleading 4-5 star rating! It’s a poorly run operation, bordering on a scam!
