Reuben was a lifesaver today Reuben was a lifesaver today! I followed process and called the airlines and went online to try and cancel my reservation due to concerns with coronavirus. the AA phone system is collapsed and the online system said I could not cancel online. I called flightsbanks and Rubain Samuel picked up my call after a few rings. He was very empathetic to my situation and stayed on the phone with me until he was able to reach the airline and get the issue / cancellation resolved. His customer service was outstanding. I booked the flights from London to… I booked the flights from London to Orlando but after further discussion guess what we thought we'll fly to Miami! While I made a purchase for my… While I made a purchase for my receipt/confirmation was totally different from what was charged. After contacting for a refund of the difference I was promised but yet to receive. Not only did the over charge, but they never refunded the verification fee either. Not trustworthy🙁 Need my 💰
