GBI did book flights with flightbanks few… I did book flights with flightbanks few times. But when it come to refund and rebooking credit they are the worst, For a refund they keep saying they didn't get it from the airline which the airline clearly said they refunded to the travel agent for a month+. When it comes to reschedule a credit they charging you a rebooking fee while the airline is waving it plus they charge you more for the ticket then airline it's self,

GBI have been waiting for my refund for a… I have been waiting for my refund for a flight that had to be canceled due to Covid, since 26 July 2020! I have been writing to them every few weeks and every time they come back to me, it’s the same excuse... “We are waiting for the supplier”. I called the supplier today and they have confirmed that they have had no communication from Flights Bank regarding a refund for me. My advise to anyone looking to use Flights Bank is to stay well away and do not be tempted by the misleading 4-5 star rating! It’s a poorly run operation, bordering on a scam!

After contacting for a refund of the difference I was promised but yet to receive. Not only did the over charge, but they never refunded the verification fee either. Not trustworthy🙁 Need my 💰

GBDemanding staff but they give you refund on time I booked the flight from London to China with flightsbank back in Jan. Due to Coronavirus, we could not make the trip. Flightsbank, Henry and Rubain in particular have fulfilled the responsibility and the regulation by proving us full refund in 3 weeks, which are nice. However, Henry contacted us 4 times after the refund in 2 weeks to demand me to write this review. This is making us very uncomfortable.

GBupon booking with Filghtsbank twice the… upon booking with Filghtsbank twice the called me to let me know the fare that as on the website was no longer available but it was showing up none the less. I could not believe this and went on to United and the fares were higher than what they were offering me. I appreciated that they called me but I also think they needed to update their site. Martin was very helpful he tried his best to get me a good fare and was even successful at getting me a confirmed seat on an earlier flight which will get me to my destination earlier.
