Their customer service was horrible Their customer service was horrible. I booked a second trip with them because my first experience was great. However, Teri's response to our trip cancellation due to the pandemic has been unprofessional and atrocious. They are refusing to refund our money despite the fact that we can not enter the countries planned on our trip. I will never use them again.

The thing we hadn't thought about… The thing we hadn't thought about beforehand was the physical abilities of our fellow travelers on the tour. We would have preferred more walking and climbing to ruins, etc. but had to stick with the group. I guess I just assumed since there is so much walking on a tour to Israel everyone would be in decent shape.

I traveled with Ya'lla Tours for 8 days… I traveled with Ya'lla Tours for 8 days in Israel. The experience was wonderful, the tour guide and accomodations of hotels, kibbutzim all were splendid. Our tour guide was sensitive to both Jewish and Christian members of our group and she went beyond the normal to help arrange special activities--very personal touch. I will only look to Ya'lla Tours for my next travel adventure. They're the best in my estimation. Thank you, Ya'lla Tours. Well done! Gene Allen Groner

If I could give them less than one… If I could give them less than one star, I would. THEY cancelled our trip, after postponing it for 2 years due to Covid. They won't issue a refund at all. A co-traveler gave them not only the deposit but an additional amount - $5500! - over and above the deposit - they won't give that back either!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

An amazing experience of the world's… An amazing experience of the world's longest living history! Our guide was excellent in bringing each of the site's to life for us. Our only problem was our lost luggage by Turkish Airlines on the front end of the trip, but due to the diligence of the Cairo coordinator, it was recovered before our Nile boat trip. We are living with wonderful memories of this excursion! Julie and Bill Nicholson
