GBTheir customer service was horrible Their customer service was horrible. I booked a second trip with them because my first experience was great. However, Teri's response to our trip cancellation due to the pandemic has been unprofessional and atrocious. They are refusing to refund our money despite the fact that we can not enter the countries planned on our trip. I will never use them again.

GBAvoid this company After a less than stellar 5* tour to Egypt, I wrote to the owner of the tour company out of courtesy to let him know the things I was disappointed in and that I would be posting somewhat negative reviews. What I got back was a defensive diatribe about his tour and his people and the following threat: “As your treats to post negative comments, I’m not threatened. You have no idea who I‘m and you have no idea about the arsenal I have in order to handle negative and not justified comments. I guess that if you chose to file something, you will find out.” The interesting thing is that I didn’t ask for anything from him and was just giving feedback. I would avoid this company because the owner is truly unfriendly and not good to work with.

GBMorocco Adventure: Morocco Adventure: It was truly an adventure, tour guide very considerate, professional, helpful and friendly. Most of the hotels were fine. The tent was truly and adventure not to be miss. Marrakesh hotel shower did not work had to used a cup to shower, even after we told them it was not fixed. Transportation: clean, seating configuration was not to everyone liking, but it was changed and everyone was happier with it. Overall it's a trip that I will definitely organize for my clients. Thank you!!!

GBI traveled with Ya'lla Tours for 8 days… I traveled with Ya'lla Tours for 8 days in Israel. The experience was wonderful, the tour guide and accomodations of hotels, kibbutzim all were splendid. Our tour guide was sensitive to both Jewish and Christian members of our group and she went beyond the normal to help arrange special activities--very personal touch. I will only look to Ya'lla Tours for my next travel adventure. They're the best in my estimation. Thank you, Ya'lla Tours. Well done! Gene Allen Groner

GBMagical Israel Tour I am on a plane on my way home from Magical Israel Tour, I was shocked to learn that Y’Alla Tours gave my tour to a Consolidated Tour Company without telling me. The van that I was picked up in was old and the driver was my guide. I should have had a nice comfortable van with a driver and guide. We were unable to go to Carmel Market because driver/guide could not find a parking spot. That should never have been for the amount of money we paid. Our driver from Eilat to the airport had my husband sitting in front with someone else’s luggage on his lap. Tzefat our driver/guide would not let us spend extra time because it was Shabbos, The kibbutz supposedly was to have activities. They had nothing it was boring, The sightseeing was great.
