GBAwesome EVERYTHING!!! I felt very comfortable from the beginning w this being a real deal. Nothing was hidden. It is exactly what they say. We actually wanted to buy the condo but for our travel job it wasn’t in the right places. We were disappointed that it wasn’t a fit. The place was amazing. Nothing negative. They called several times but it’s hard to get annoyed w organization knowing your getting the place w no issues whatsoever

GBDo not try if you have low income If you have low income you will not receive this promotion because this is only for people with high income. I wasted my time because my income is low. ridiculous

GBThe customer service was wonderful with… The customer service was wonderful with getaway deals. Unfortunately the property stay was not. Our room had many pieces of furniture that needed dusting and most of the amenities were very out dated. Truly not appealing, ideally not a great way to market your product at all to others.

GBDavid is the worst I called in wanting to get a deal for a hotel stay. The conversation went left after he asked me where did I live instead of asking what was the address on my drivers license. Once he felt he was challenged he didn’t allow me to speak and then told me I was not eligible and disconnected the call. I tried to call back and it stated I was ineligible and it wouldn’t transfer me. I called from another cell phone number and unfortunately I got the same person David. He shouted at me and told me he already flagged these cell phone numbers as ineligible when actually I am eligible and I meet the requirements. I am unable to complain to a supervisor or manager as my number prevents me from getting pass. They claimed all calls are recorded which I’m not sure that’s accurate because this guy should be released from representing westgate with his attitude. I will also complain directly with westgate for using such company as a third party. This review is NOT the last they will be hearing from me on.

GBVery unhappy with Westgate Very unhappy with Westgate. The experience was less than our normal standard. The room had a horrible smell for the entire time. We couldn’t play basketball with our son to practice, because security took 2 hours passed opening hours to open the gate. We were told we could go boating then later learned they weren’t available this season. Ordered room service and they forgot to deliver. Used linen in the rooms we were staying. Told I wasn’t feeling well and had a severe migraine. Asked to reschedule the tour and they said no I must attend or would be charged the regular price. We later left and stayed at Four Points and it was great.
