First of all the treatment we received… First of all the treatment we received from everyone on site at the Smoky Mountains resort was top-notch. We don't have one negative thing to say. We actually bought a time share right on top of the mountain. Our view is spectacular. I would recommend them to anyone. Our representative that we had was nothing but professional. We now have made a friend after our experience. The resort has a lot of amenities to offer and it's surrounding areas which are the National Park and Pigeon Forge. I will recommend this to anyone. I can't wait to go back and use my week plus more . Thank you! Westgate!

Do not try if you have low income If you have low income you will not receive this promotion because this is only for people with high income. I wasted my time because my income is low. ridiculous

Lady on phone ask me question "Are you citizen on USA?" as I say NO Lady on phone hang on me. Do not understand the fact that not as citizen what it will make deference for my loyality for USA US Low and qualification of discount.

Awesome EVERYTHING!!! I felt very comfortable from the beginning w this being a real deal. Nothing was hidden. It is exactly what they say. We actually wanted to buy the condo but for our travel job it wasn’t in the right places. We were disappointed that it wasn’t a fit. The place was amazing. Nothing negative. They called several times but it’s hard to get annoyed w organization knowing your getting the place w no issues whatsoever

The room provided was not well…maintained The room provided was not well maintained and to have someone stay in suite as such and then go on a tour to buy makes for easy decision knowing such high maintenance fee but yet studio we stayed in was not up kept cleanly...open door to two fly’s on wall, mildew all over shower, hair clip left on night stand light, and ceiling fan full of dust not good being family has sever dust allergies...I know this is no fault to Getaways but want it to be know as I brought to Westgate Resort but nothing done with issues. Getaways was great with setting up the stay and reaching out numerous of times. Spoke with Lil Engstrom as she reached out with sincere concerns with issues I had and informed me in future to reach out to them and they can assist.
