USGetawaydealz.com / WestGate Resorts Due to my family signing a contract with WestGate Resorts in 2001, my family is no longer authorized to do business with Getawaydealz.com. The contract signed in 2001 was then voided within the three day grace period allowed. My family today was told that Getawaydealz.com cannot provide us a discounted deal, offered on their website, due to the voided contract signed in 2001. The customer service representative told us if we book through a non-WestGate resort we may get a deal, however Getawaydealz.com only offers WestGate. We cannot believe the lack in customer service provided not by the customer service agent, but WestGate Resorts and Getawaydealz.com. My family is extremely disappointed. We will take our business elsewhere.

USGreat vacation! GetawatDealz.com is a very honest company. Everything they told us was true.thetr were no hidden fees. We booked our stay at Westgate town center in Kissimmee, Florida. We had a great time. All the staff was knowledgeable and professional. I will use getawayDealz.com again and let my family and friends know about their deals. Thank you GetawayDeals!

USThe customer service was wonderful with… The customer service was wonderful with getaway deals. Unfortunately the property stay was not. Our room had many pieces of furniture that needed dusting and most of the amenities were very out dated. Truly not appealing, ideally not a great way to market your product at all to others.

USGreat vacation! The hotel, and all amenities were great, and JUST what was promised! The room was outstanding, and we loved the quick walk to the hot tub at night! The "90 minute" presentation lasted well over 2 hours, but all's worth it for the Wonderful stay and theme park tickets we received in turn! Thank you for the opportunity!

USThis was the best way to experience an… This was the best way to experience an ocean front condo! Everyone was so very nice especially Courtney in the bar and grill. My kids absolutely adored her and so did we. Very personable!!! The atmosphere is very family oriented. Very nice condos and clean! Alot of activities for everyone!!!
