The room provided was not well…maintained The room provided was not well maintained and to have someone stay in suite as such and then go on a tour to buy makes for easy decision knowing such high maintenance fee but yet studio we stayed in was not up kept cleanly...open door to two fly’s on wall, mildew all over shower, hair clip left on night stand light, and ceiling fan full of dust not good being family has sever dust allergies...I know this is no fault to Getaways but want it to be know as I brought to Westgate Resort but nothing done with issues. Getaways was great with setting up the stay and reaching out numerous of times. Spoke with Lil Engstrom as she reached out with sincere concerns with issues I had and informed me in future to reach out to them and they can assist.

It’s truly an amazing place. It’s truly an amazing place to escape for few days or actually have a vacation with your love ones. One thing that I would say that should improve better is when giving the extended hours to the clients before check out. All members of housekeeping should be notified immediately when the client has an extended hours. Other then that everything was beautiful. My kids loved it and as for me that’s all that matters. ❤️ Thank you Westgate ❣️❣️

Timeshare closer (RAY) was… Timeshare closer (RAY) was disrespectful, prejudice and unprofessional. The 90 minutes tour was 55 minutes over! He was holding us hostage because of the storm and would not transport us on golf cart back to our vehicle. He accused of freeloading their facility, which was not true, we paid under $400 for the stay, plus deposit, restaurant, games and bowling. The resort was on point for a family 8 with much to do and the two bedroom space with full kitchen.

David is the worst I called in wanting to get a deal for a hotel stay. The conversation went left after he asked me where did I live instead of asking what was the address on my drivers license. Once he felt he was challenged he didn’t allow me to speak and then told me I was not eligible and disconnected the call. I tried to call back and it stated I was ineligible and it wouldn’t transfer me. I called from another cell phone number and unfortunately I got the same person David. He shouted at me and told me he already flagged these cell phone numbers as ineligible when actually I am eligible and I meet the requirements. I am unable to complain to a supervisor or manager as my number prevents me from getting pass. They claimed all calls are recorded which I’m not sure that’s accurate because this guy should be released from representing westgate with his attitude. I will also complain directly with westgate for using such company as a third party. This review is NOT the last they will be hearing from me on.

Do not try if you have low income If you have low income you will not receive this promotion because this is only for people with high income. I wasted my time because my income is low. ridiculous
