This was the best way to experience an… This was the best way to experience an ocean front condo! Everyone was so very nice especially Courtney in the bar and grill. My kids absolutely adored her and so did we. Very personable!!! The atmosphere is very family oriented. Very nice condos and clean! Alot of activities for everyone!!!

Getawaydealz.com / WestGate Resorts Due to my family signing a contract with WestGate Resorts in 2001, my family is no longer authorized to do business with Getawaydealz.com. The contract signed in 2001 was then voided within the three day grace period allowed. My family today was told that Getawaydealz.com cannot provide us a discounted deal, offered on their website, due to the voided contract signed in 2001. The customer service representative told us if we book through a non-WestGate resort we may get a deal, however Getawaydealz.com only offers WestGate. We cannot believe the lack in customer service provided not by the customer service agent, but WestGate Resorts and Getawaydealz.com. My family is extremely disappointed. We will take our business elsewhere.

Not a great experience The room was not as nice as it looks on pictures and housekeeping never came to our room to clean or bring extra towels and when we called they didnt bring extra towels till the next day in the late afternoon and just left it in a plastic bag right when you walk in the room like they just threw it there with no regards. Some of the staff where nice but others where rude as if they hate their jobs. But their deals are real as long as you go to their timeshare class which they are nice at the beginning but once you say no not interested its like a switch turns on and they become upset and treat you different.

First of all the treatment we received… First of all the treatment we received from everyone on site at the Smoky Mountains resort was top-notch. We don't have one negative thing to say. We actually bought a time share right on top of the mountain. Our view is spectacular. I would recommend them to anyone. Our representative that we had was nothing but professional. We now have made a friend after our experience. The resort has a lot of amenities to offer and it's surrounding areas which are the National Park and Pigeon Forge. I will recommend this to anyone. I can't wait to go back and use my week plus more . Thank you! Westgate!

Very unhappy with Westgate Very unhappy with Westgate. The experience was less than our normal standard. The room had a horrible smell for the entire time. We couldn’t play basketball with our son to practice, because security took 2 hours passed opening hours to open the gate. We were told we could go boating then later learned they weren’t available this season. Ordered room service and they forgot to deliver. Used linen in the rooms we were staying. Told I wasn’t feeling well and had a severe migraine. Asked to reschedule the tour and they said no I must attend or would be charged the regular price. We later left and stayed at Four Points and it was great.
