GBGreat vacation! GetawatDealz.com is a very honest company. Everything they told us was true.thetr were no hidden fees. We booked our stay at Westgate town center in Kissimmee, Florida. GBI was looking forward to going to… I was looking forward to going to Florida and staying at the Westgate Resort. I had envisioned a luxurious vacation, but was I WRONG!! I experienced rude customer service, roaches in the room, poor house cleaning and most of all very shady clientele every where (smoking drugs, very profound language, partying all night). Ms. Lil called from operations service and was very caring and kind. This made me feel so much better. It was the actual Westgate that was the problem not the getaway deallz.

GBGetawaydealz.com / WestGate Resorts Due to my family signing a contract with WestGate Resorts in 2001, my family is no longer authorized to do business with Getawaydealz.com. The contract signed in 2001 was then voided within the three day grace period allowed. My family today was told that Getawaydealz.com cannot provide us a discounted deal, offered on their website, due to the voided contract signed in 2001. The customer service representative told us if we book through a non-WestGate resort we may get a deal, however Getawaydealz.com only offers WestGate. We cannot believe the lack in customer service provided not by the customer service agent, but WestGate Resorts and Getawaydealz.com. My family is extremely disappointed. We will take our business elsewhere.

GBThe customer service was wonderful with… The customer service was wonderful with getaway deals. Unfortunately the property stay was not. Our room had many pieces of furniture that needed dusting and most of the amenities were very out dated. Truly not appealing, ideally not a great way to market your product at all to others.

GBGreat vacation! The hotel, and all amenities were great, and JUST what was promised! The room was outstanding, and we loved the quick walk to the hot tub at night! The "90 minute" presentation lasted well over 2 hours, but all's worth it for the Wonderful stay and theme park tickets we received in turn! Thank you for the opportunity!
