The room provided was not well…maintained The room provided was not well maintained and to have someone stay in suite as such and then go on a tour to buy makes for easy decision knowing such high maintenance fee but yet studio we stayed in was not up kept cleanly...open door to two fly’s on wall, mildew all over shower, hair clip left on night stand light, and ceiling fan full of dust not good being family has sever dust allergies...I know this is no fault to Getaways but want it to be know as I brought to Westgate Resort but nothing done with issues. Getaways was great with setting up the stay and reaching out numerous of times. Spoke with Lil Engstrom as she reached out with sincere concerns with issues I had and informed me in future to reach out to them and they can assist.

A really nice resort with a lot to do… A really nice resort with a lot to do for families, the timeshare presentation was okay until they kept us past the 90 minutes that was promised in an effort to sell to us. I was convinced by the sale but my husband was keeping track of the time and he wasnt as interested in the timeshare as I was. We will be visiting again very soon without a doubt.

This was the best way to experience an… This was the best way to experience an ocean front condo! Everyone was so very nice especially Courtney in the bar and grill. My kids absolutely adored her and so did we. Very personable!!! The atmosphere is very family oriented. Very nice condos and clean! Alot of activities for everyone!!!

David is the worst I called in wanting to get a deal for a hotel stay. The conversation went left after he asked me where did I live instead of asking what was the address on my drivers license. Once he felt he was challenged he didn’t allow me to speak and then told me I was not eligible and disconnected the call. I tried to call back and it stated I was ineligible and it wouldn’t transfer me. I called from another cell phone number and unfortunately I got the same person David. He shouted at me and told me he already flagged these cell phone numbers as ineligible when actually I am eligible and I meet the requirements. I am unable to complain to a supervisor or manager as my number prevents me from getting pass. They claimed all calls are recorded which I’m not sure that’s accurate because this guy should be released from representing westgate with his attitude. I will also complain directly with westgate for using such company as a third party. This review is NOT the last they will be hearing from me on.

Great vacation! The hotel, and all amenities were great, and JUST what was promised! The room was outstanding, and we loved the quick walk to the hot tub at night! The "90 minute" presentation lasted well over 2 hours, but all's worth it for the Wonderful stay and theme park tickets we received in turn! Thank you for the opportunity!
