It has been difficult to get any… It has been difficult to get any information on the confirmation of my trip. I received an email -but wanted to speak with someone about the reservation and have found the hours to be terrible to navigate on west coast time.

The travel agent that booked this… The travel agent that booked this cruise for us is terrible. As soon as our credit card was charged she has not returned calls. We are traveling with friends and informed her of many of our needs, such as aisle seats on the aircraft, process for carrying medications etc., and she does not return calls. I hope she does not represent Norwegian Cruise Lines, if this is the case, I have a great deal of intrepidation regarding my upcoming cruise experience.

Delighted! We are repeat clients of Maggie! She made certain our first experience with Holland America several years ago was the best, and we were delighted that she was able to help us again. (I kept her extension number!) Maggie is very patient and extremely knowledgable about the ships, sites, and experiences that make for a wonderful trip. Thanks, Maggie!

Sherief is amazing! I felt I bombarded our agent, Sherief, with a million questions (and I still have more!) as we are in the early phase of having finally secured arrangements. She had answers for them all and, additionally, has volunteered so much information. In every interaction she has been extremely pleasant, patient and fun. She has made it feel as though I’m talking with a friend, all the while maintaining an air of professionalism. If there’s another cruise in our future, I’ll be calling Sherief!
