Customer Service is non-existent Tried to book on line but it was complicated and I had questions. They have an 800 number but it just goes to a long phone tree and I waited nearly 30 minutes before hanging up out of frustration. I couldn’t find an email. The “deals” aren’t really as presented. It’s basically a bait and switch. You’d be better off to go directly through the cruise line. The prices appear to be more on the cruise line sites but they actually aren’t, they’re just upfront about all the extras.

The travel agent that booked this… The travel agent that booked this cruise for us is terrible. As soon as our credit card was charged she has not returned calls. We are traveling with friends and informed her of many of our needs, such as aisle seats on the aircraft, process for carrying medications etc., and she does not return calls. I hope she does not represent Norwegian Cruise Lines, if this is the case, I have a great deal of intrepidation regarding my upcoming cruise experience.

Website not user friendly Website not user friendly. Couldn’t get it to book online. When I called customer service, she couldn’t find my saved itinerary. Finally got a booking. Customer service rep was friendly and helpful.
