What a joke: The agent promised that Trisha would call me, but she NEVER called until my posting. Even then, it appears someone called ONCE but did not leave a message. Funny how others can leave messages because the mailbox is not full.

GBWebsite not user friendly Website not user friendly. Couldn’t get it to book online. When I called customer service, she couldn’t find my saved itinerary. Finally got a booking. Customer service rep was friendly and helpful.

GBSound advice from experienced travel adviser The idea of a cruise had been a "consideration" until my partner expressed a strong interest in an Alaskan adventure. Not knowing the first thing about arranging this kind of trip, I searched the Internet for ideas and options. When I came upon AlaskaCruises.com and their "press to call" option, I quickly learned there are very knowledgeable travel advisers available to walk me through all my questions. Over the course of a few days we had found an ideal travel option that met our timeline. I have already shared my experience with friends looking for help in booking their own travel.

GBCustomer Service is non-existent Tried to book on line but it was complicated and I had questions. They have an 800 number but it just goes to a long phone tree and I waited nearly 30 minutes before hanging up out of frustration. I couldn’t find an email. The “deals” aren’t really as presented. It’s basically a bait and switch. You’d be better off to go directly through the cruise line. The prices appear to be more on the cruise line sites but they actually aren’t, they’re just upfront about all the extras.

GBThe travel agent that booked this… The travel agent that booked this cruise for us is terrible. As soon as our credit card was charged she has not returned calls. We are traveling with friends and informed her of many of our needs, such as aisle seats on the aircraft, process for carrying medications etc., and she does not return calls. I hope she does not represent Norwegian Cruise Lines, if this is the case, I have a great deal of intrepidation regarding my upcoming cruise experience.
