Yes and a slight no My daughter and I went on Shalom Tours My daughter and I went on Shalom Tours. The itinerary was excellent, and Shalom was very helpful in our communications before the tour. The guide had a great personality, but unfortunately, was inconsistent with issues of lateness in returning to the bus. One time, someone was late and he expressed his concern that the man was lost and went out searching for him. Another time, people got lost and were 15 minutes late getting back to bus and he yelled at them when they returned. Perhaps he is moody. Anyway, if he would have given out his cell number, as tour guides generally do, people who are lost can call him - but he never gave his number. We returned to the airport to fly home with the bus pickup Shalom arranged. Unfortunately, it was not enough time as there were long lines and we were not told that the VAT line before security does not deal with jewelry. After waiting there, we had to go through security (long line) then go to the VAT line inside for the jewelry purchases. Just made our flight. We should have been informed of this and offered an earlier pickup. I did write to him about that from home but never got a response. It was still a wonderful experience on the whole but I think the moodiness of the tour guide and the stressful airport return made a difference.

Incredible Experience My family and I visited Israel on the 12 day Jewish Heritage Tour. We had an amazing time at each location we visited. Our tour guide, Mali, made the trip even more special because of her love and knowledge of Israel. The planning was so easy because of Shalom's quick responses and his overall customer service. We will definitely return to visit more of Israel with another Shalom Israel tour. We highly recommend Shalom Israel Tours and Mali, our tour guide.

MY BOYFRIEND BROKE UP WITH ME AND… MY BOYFRIEND BROKE UP WITH ME AND SHALOM WOULD NOT REFUND MY DEPOSIT EVEN THOUGH HE WILL BE BRINGING SOMEONE ELSE AND PAYING THE $500 AGAIN. VERY UNFAIR AND NOT MY FAULT. THERE ARE EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES SOMETIMES AND THIS IS AN OCT 2020 TRIP

Fulfilled Every Expectation Upon the recommendation by very good friends we contacted and chose Shalom Israel Tours to plan a private tour with guide for our first trip to Israel. We were two couples with some ideas of where we would like to visit and what we would like to experience . It was a pleasure to work with Shalom Stark. He was easy to communicate with and offered many suggestions and it all came together perfectly. Our guide , Yehuda was excellent; a Sabra with the most unbelievable knowledge of 4,000 years of history, and many stories to tell. Our trip was planned for June, 2014 and our itinerary covered Jerusalem, the Golan Heights, and Tel Aviv with many stops along the way. After spending this time together we miss Yehuda ! We would not hesitate to recommend Shalom Israel Tours. We had a wonderful experience !

I have just had a series of emails from… I have just had a series of emails from this company. I expressed my opposition as an american to traveling in Israel. The representative has now called me mentally ill and gone on to use filthy epithets in response to my comments. I want to underline that I never contacted this company but they have gone on to write these vile attacks on me. I would think twice about dealing with such people.
