Non authorized booking I have been looking at a trip for a while and I looked at a price breaker deal clicked to check the price and went on to the next place. I got a email my booking was confirmed, I got a message from Priceline and from affirm congratulating me on my purchase. I looked at it instantly and see it was 2 rooms for 2 ppl at a place that I was not even sure about??? I instantly started talking to price line so they told me sorry for your luck but it’s non refundable!!! I replied I never authorized it nor did I book it. I have 8 people going on vacation I’d never book 2 and hope for the best. I have filed a report with the FTC and BBB as well as the Attorney general of CT. I never authorized them to do anything with my account.

Luben did great. Quite happy with my experience with Luben. I was having trouble on the website and he helped me book my flights to Spain and followed up on helping me get a non-stop flight home, and made sure I knew how to book my seats the next day. He was very helpful.
