GBI would like to say this was my first Excellent Customer Service… I would like to say this was my first time purchasing a airline ticket. I spoke with Vermont. He was very kind and patience with me. He answer all my questions and he gave me the chance to speak with my son to confirm I had the dates correct. He provided me with a call back ph# to call him back. So I would not have to start this process over. My first time experience was Wonderful. I will try this again and hope that I get Vermont. Excellent Customer Service.

GBI wish I could leave zero stars I wish I could leave zero stars. Worst travel agency of all time! I've have been trying to get a refund for a canceled flight since February. I keep getting the same run around and spend over an hour on the line each time. Their accounting department can't figure out to refund my account. They have given me 1 of 3 refunds. These people are so dumb!!!

GBFraudulent description of room cost Priceline.com was very dishonest in their billing. They advertise the room at a certain price and even included taxes and fees on the website. When I booked the room, it was almost $50 more per night. There was nothing in the language of the initial transaction that prepared me for this additional cost. When I tried to reach customer service, I was connected with somebody who was clearly not American and spoke very poor English. He refused to help me with the additional fees and also Refused to put a manager on the phone. Priceline.com deliberately ripped me off and they are going to do it to you too.

He responded with call backs as needed. He was able to get my seat assignments and a wheelchair for me. I was so impressed with the total service given by your company and especially Luben.
