Thank You Priceline I got a person on the line very quickly. Luben was my agent from beginning to the end. Luben was so very efficient at finding the best flights and prices. He responded with call backs as needed. He was able to get my seat assignments and a wheelchair for me. I was so impressed with the total service given by your company and especially Luben.

Priceline is a SCAM Priceline is a SCAM. They sold me auto-rental insurance on their website and when I arrived at the auto rental company, I was informed they don’t honor 3rd party insurance from priceline. I called priceline for a refund and was told the coverage was nonrefundable. If Priceline was a person, this would be considered obtaining money under false pretenses which is crime. Because they’re a corporation, it’s the cost of doing business. See the attached email i received. You’ve all been warned.

I would like to say this was my first Excellent Customer Service… I would like to say this was my first time purchasing a airline ticket. I spoke with Vermont. He was very kind and patience with me. He answer all my questions and he gave me the chance to speak with my son to confirm I had the dates correct. He provided me with a call back ph# to call him back. So I would not have to start this process over. My first time experience was Wonderful. I will try this again and hope that I get Vermont. Excellent Customer Service.
