DEPriceline sold my information to… Priceline sold my information to another company, as the hotel was rented from a third party, and Priceline seized double the rental amount and took it from my credit card. The hotel I rented from was not classified because the room he offered us was underground, which I rejected and left the hotel.

GBNon authorized booking I have been looking at a trip for a while and I looked at a price breaker deal clicked to check the price and went on to the next place. I got a email my booking was confirmed, I got a message from Priceline and from affirm congratulating me on my purchase. I looked at it instantly and see it was 2 rooms for 2 ppl at a place that I was not even sure about??? I instantly started talking to price line so they told me sorry for your luck but it’s non refundable!!! I replied I never authorized it nor did I book it. I have 8 people going on vacation I’d never book 2 and hope for the best. I have filed a report with the FTC and BBB as well as the Attorney general of CT. I never authorized them to do anything with my account.

GBLime - amazing represenative Lime - the name of the representative that helped me with my fairly complex booking - 5 people for international travel. He took his time, over the course of 2-3 days, found the best pricing available, as well as made valuable recommendations. It was a lengthy process due to the complexity of what we were asking for, along with tickets being sold, etc. He took his time and was patient and courteous throughout entire process. I would recommend 100%. The level of service was amazing, I will be a repeat customer of his, without question.

GBI booked to stay at a hotel in Ludlow… I booked to stay at a hotel in Ludlow for a certain date, I even made sure the dates were correct but when I paid the dates were totally different. I tried to contact Priceline but the passed me on to Agoda. I've tried to contact Agoda but it seems that I cannot get to talk to a person, only to a robot. The robot told me to get in touch with the hotel, the hotel told me it doesn't have a record of my booking. I'm thoroughly fed up of being passed from pillar to post. It is 2 days since I booked and yet I've not been able to lodge my complaint. There is no customer service as such. I will avoid Priceline in the future.
