After arriving at our booked parking… After arriving at our booked parking space it was full and Way did not notify us. As a result I had to find last min parking in Boston, during spring break AND the Boston Marathon. After calling Way for a refund they told me I had to send the a picture of the parking lot that I privately found last min. They said they can only initiate my refund if I showed them a new reciept and they had NOTHING to do with this parking! Luckily the people from Fastrack helped us find alternate parking. Then they ignored my emails for over a week. I had to call multiple times and report it to the BBB before I was able to speak to someone about getting my money back

no parking after I paid when I got to my parking at 6 am the lady said they were sold out and have been for 11 days. I don't understand why is they have been sold out that they would've let me order parking. It was super stressful having to find parking that morning when you have a flight to catch. My first time using this service and will not be using again. when i called to get the refund the first time the person put me on hold to call the lady and after 20 min phone hung up so I assumed it was refunded. come 2 weeks later the money still isn't there so I have to do another 25 min phone call and now the money will come back to me in 7-10 business days. I'm not sure why the first guy didn't call me back if they phone was accidentely disconnected

We booked a parking reservations for Logan airport at Fastrack BOSTON Airport Parking We booked a parking reservation for Logan airport at Fastrack BOSTON, and when we got to the lot with a confirmed reservation and number, we were told the lot was full and overbooked. We were given the name of another airport parking lot but at a much higher price. The attendants at both parking lots were great and very helpful. We did get a full refund but Way should have covered the difference in cost at the new parking lot for the inconvenience and added stress to our trip.

Plans changed and had to cancel… Plans changed and had to cancel reservations. Customer service was awesome and gave me my full refund right away! I will definitely use there services again soon. It’s a pleasure dealing with a honest and reputable business! Thnx again!

Ripp off at Royal EWR parking garage as I used Way app I booked the car parking near EWR airport at Royal EWR parking using way website. While time of booking I mentioned about the car that it it SUV and was charged for parking. After reaching the parking lot I was made to pay $37 extra. I would have never made the reservation using way as I was getting much better deals on other sites . It is a total rip off. As I had the flight I had not other option but to pay The parking lot didn't have any Display how much is the extra charge. They charged me as they felt. This is unfair practice. not a fair business.
