Excellent customer service. I got the cheapest parking rate for SFO ftom this company, all reserved and all but it wasn’t meant to be as our trip was cancelled. We emailed and they initiated the full refund! Will do business again!

no parking after I paid when I got to my parking at 6 am the lady said they were sold out and have been for 11 days. I don't understand why is they have been sold out that they would've let me order parking. It was super stressful having to find parking that morning when you have a flight to catch. My first time using this service and will not be using again. when i called to get the refund the first time the person put me on hold to call the lady and after 20 min phone hung up so I assumed it was refunded. come 2 weeks later the money still isn't there so I have to do another 25 min phone call and now the money will come back to me in 7-10 business days. I'm not sure why the first guy didn't call me back if they phone was accidentely disconnected

They allow you to book full lots and hang up when you try to get a refund I reserved a spot the night before and arrived to a full lot. Went to rebook and four separate listings from the same full lot were there and I accidentally rebooked the same lot under a different listing. Had to book a third lot with the Hilton. Such an annoying experience right before my flight I almost missed.
