GBRipp off at Royal EWR parking garage as I used Way app I booked the car parking near EWR airport at Royal EWR parking using way website. While time of booking I mentioned about the car that it it SUV and was charged for parking. After reaching the parking lot I was made to pay $37 extra. I would have never made the reservation using way as I was getting much better deals on other sites . It is a total rip off. As I had the flight I had not other option but to pay The parking lot didn't have any Display how much is the extra charge. They charged me as they felt. This is unfair practice. not a fair business.

GBExcellent customer service. I got the cheapest parking rate for SFO ftom this company, all reserved and all but it wasn’t meant to be as our trip was cancelled. We emailed and they initiated the full refund! Will do business again!

GBno parking after I paid when I got to my parking at 6 am the lady said they were sold out and have been for 11 days. I don't understand why is they have been sold out that they would've let me order parking. It was super stressful having to find parking that morning when you have a flight to catch. My first time using this service and will not be using again. when i called to get the refund the first time the person put me on hold to call the lady and after 20 min phone hung up so I assumed it was refunded. come 2 weeks later the money still isn't there so I have to do another 25 min phone call and now the money will come back to me in 7-10 business days. I'm not sure why the first guy didn't call me back if they phone was accidentely disconnected

GBCredit Provided for Lack of Shuttle I arrived at the parking facility and was immediately advised that the shuttle was not working and that I would have to find my own transportation to the airport (PHL). Fortunately, I was able to get an Uber quickly. I submitted a request for reimbursement for the Uber and after providing a receipt I was pleasantly surprised that I received a credit! The event was handled quickly and appropriately by Way...Thank You!
