GBI recently parked at the airport using way.com I recently parked at the airport using one of the companies they recommend with a 4.6 star rating. Needless to say they damaged my car and now are ignoring me and so is way.com. When I looked up reviews on google reviews of PARK AC out of JFK the real reviews gave a rating of 3 with multiple people saying that there cars were damaged by this service. Way has replied but when I called and wrote back no response other than nothing they can do.

INExcellent App and Conflict Resolution I have used Way before, and I love using the app to plan for my vacation travel. The variety of choice and the shuttle offers in many of the locations are excellent. I also know that issues come up all the time as well. Thank you for resolving my issue with the parking lot so quickly as they were full for the upcoming Easter holiday week.

GBIt is unfortunate that you use this… It is unfortunate that you use this parking lot. You as a company should not be using a lot that does not extend parking or your app. You should also not give the option on extending if it's not honored. So instead of paying $26 for extended parking I had to pay $75. I would have parked elsewhere, that also had paved parking and would extend parking at or near same rate of what I originally payed.

GBAfter arriving at our booked parking… After arriving at our booked parking space it was full and Way did not notify us. As a result I had to find last min parking in Boston, during spring break AND the Boston Marathon. After calling Way for a refund they told me I had to send the a picture of the parking lot that I privately found last min. They said they can only initiate my refund if I showed them a new reciept and they had NOTHING to do with this parking! Luckily the people from Fastrack helped us find alternate parking. Then they ignored my emails for over a week. I had to call multiple times and report it to the BBB before I was able to speak to someone about getting my money back
