It is unfortunate that you use this… It is unfortunate that you use this parking lot. You as a company should not be using a lot that does not extend parking or your app. You should also not give the option on extending if it's not honored. So instead of paying $26 for extended parking I had to pay $75. I would have parked elsewhere, that also had paved parking and would extend parking at or near same rate of what I originally payed.

I called customer service, and she hung up on me. I have spoken to parking lot owner/manager and he said that way.com is not a Partner/affiliated with SP Plus Flash parking lot located at 1275 New Jersey Eve SE. Why is way.com is selling the parking spot to reseve in advance? I have wasted my time and money on this and ended up paying from my pocket even though I purchased parking spot from way.com. I have sent an email to customer service and no response.

Credit Provided for Lack of Shuttle I arrived at the parking facility and was immediately advised that the shuttle was not working and that I would have to find my own transportation to the airport (PHL). Fortunately, I was able to get an Uber quickly. I submitted a request for reimbursement for the Uber and after providing a receipt I was pleasantly surprised that I received a credit! The event was handled quickly and appropriately by Way...Thank You!
