Excellent App and Conflict Resolution I have used Way before, and I love using the app to plan for my vacation travel. The variety of choice and the shuttle offers in many of the locations are excellent. I also know that issues come up all the time as well. Thank you for resolving my issue with the parking lot so quickly as they were full for the upcoming Easter holiday week.

They allow you to book full lots and hang up when you try to get a refund I reserved a spot the night before and arrived to a full lot. Went to rebook and four separate listings from the same full lot were there and I accidentally rebooked the same lot under a different listing. Had to book a third lot with the Hilton. Such an annoying experience right before my flight I almost missed.
