Credit Provided for Lack of Shuttle I arrived at the parking facility and was immediately advised that the shuttle was not working and that I would have to find my own transportation to the airport (PHL). Fortunately, I was able to get an Uber quickly. I submitted a request for reimbursement for the Uber and after providing a receipt I was pleasantly surprised that I received a credit!
