AUHigh cancellation fees BEWARE!!!! Booked a holiday 12 months ahead and paid over $4000 deposit. 10 months prior to travelling, my health has prevented me from going in my holiday, so I had to cancel. I understood there was a $200 cancellation fee and I accepted that. However I had to pay a further $500 as hotel accomodation was booked…. I was up for a $700 cancellation fee although I gave them 10 months notice! Customer beware!!!!!!

Happy client
GBVery helpful! Angela did a great job booking my first cruise with me, but I was thinking I would have gotten a better rate with a travel agent, like Dreamlines, verses booking it myself. Angela gave me the exact same price as if I were to book the cruise by myself.

GBAirfare plus Cruise Pricing The only issue I was disappointed with was an online advertisement through Dreamlines that stated free airfare included with cruise price if booked before April 1st. When I asked for airfare to be included, I was told the price would increase by $1000+ if I added airfare. I believe that is false advertisement by Oceania Cruises. I was not happy with that result. Paul Stroncek, the rep I worked with, was very good and I believe that issue was beyond his ability to control or help with. I was happy with Paul Stroncek's assistance with the cruise.
