GBFirst time using Dreamliners First time using Dreamliners. I found them when looking for a sold out cruise, and they had access to cabins. Rep appeared to be new, and initially did not get down payment to cruise line on time. Nearly lost out on trip. Luckily I contacted the cruise line and found omission. Then he forgot I had called in complete payment to him in advance, yet he called my wife reminding that a payment was coming due. Hopefully just a newbie, but that was reason for just average review.

GBI asked the representative several very… I asked the representative several very basic questions about the cruise and options and he had no idea and had to look up everything. After over 20 minutes with no real answers, I hung up.
